基本設施齊備，房間乾淨企理，早餐有不少選擇。雖然離開santa cruz broadwalk 有一段距離，但整體而言性價比還是不錯的。

Toilet did not work, shower did not drain, food in fridge upon arrival. Light right outside door illuminated room. Breakfast mediocre.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice easy location. Great stay!

I got a king bed with jacuzzi tub. The bed was excellent, the jacuzzi a bit scary with nothing to grab getting up & out, it's deep and slick. Oddly, the vanity sink was in the room, not the bathroom, and there was not a towel rod or hook to be seen nearby. No light in toilet stall, can't read. My room was upstairs walkup, no lift. Room had blow dryer, micro, fridge, weird coffeemaker, iron and board, lots of storage. The place had been redone for efficient housekeeping, so not a carpet to be seen, cold tile floor. Did not try the continental breakfast.

Not a luxury hotel, but clean, quiet, and well maintained. It was a convenient location for visiting UC Santa Cruz.

Good location and price. Can walk to restaurants of various kinds. Only some plugins in the room work so you have to try several to find what you need to charge phones. Shower knob very stiff. Otherwise ok. Coffee in room and decent breakfast room with options. Mini fridge in room too.

The location and cleanliness of the facility were great for us on a road trip - easy to get to the boardwalk and back on the highway.

Second time I have stayed here and lots of things I like: great location (close to Swift st breweries, Natural Bridges beach, West cliff Dr), good breakfast, hot tub, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms.

Well situated for where we wanted to go in town. Easy check-in/check-out. Acceptable breakfast.

I think it's well located near the University of Santa Cruz. We had come up to visit our son. Loved the room.

The hotel was very well maintained and in a nice area . I would stay again. The only bad thing is when sitting in one of the chairs my phone slipped inside the chair and when pulling it out there was a Cheeto in there and we didn’t eat any Cheetos so they need to make sure they are checking cushions on chairs while cleaning .

The room felt newly updated and was very attractive. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I got an incredible price on *******! This hotel is on a busy street but that didn't bother me. I was a 3 minute drive from my daughter at UCSC and a five minute walk from my favorite Santa Cruz grocery store, New Leaf Market on Fair Avenue. Comfy bed, new towels, excellent WiFi. This will be my preferred place to stay when I visit my daughter.

Secluded hot tub is cool. Could have been hotter. Was more like a nice warm bath. Surprisingly quiet. Couldnt hear cars. Walls didnt seem thin. Bed was nice compared to other motels in the area.

We spent the night after having a family Christmas visit in Santa Cruz. We really liked the location of this hotel since our family was located in Bonny Doon. We were able to have dinner locally and then meet up for breakfast the next morning on the west side!
