Ho soggiornato una notte camera superior con la colazione inclusa. La struttura e’ molto bella e moderna, però per un 5 stelle oltre estetica si aspetta anche i livelli di servizi adeguati. Ma purtroppo a nostro malgrado abbiamo riscontrato una forte disorganizzazione. Avendo l’aereo presto, preventivamente abbiamo chiesto la box take away senza riscontro al messaggio, all’arrivo in hotel al check in ci hanno assicurato che avremmo potuto fare la colazione anche alle 5, nonostante la colazione iniziasse alle 6. Peccato che la mattina stessa, alle 5.20, un altro addetto è rimasto molto sorpreso dal fatto che volevamo fare la colazione perché la sala era chiusa. Ha proposto però gentilmente di prendere un caffè dalla macchinetta. Abbiamo tentato di prendere un caffè, ma la macchinetta erogava solo acqua calda. Dí positivo c’è una bella piscina, bagno turco, palestra. La stanza è spaziosa con arredamento moderno. Non funzionava il bollitore, ma lo hanno sostituito sulla nostra richiesta. Posizione comoda all’aeroporto, il centro storico dista circa 20 minuti a piedi.

J'ai vraiment aimé les services de l'hôtel. Ce qu'il faut améliorer : le fonctionnement des ascenseurs, il fait parfois chaud dans les salles de conférences, le téléphone dans les chambres ne fonctionnent pas, permettez à ce qu'on puisse prêter le fer à repasser sans être obliger de payer un service, l'abonnement de la télévision au niveau du bar ne fonctionne pas, ce n'était donc pas possible de suivre les matchs.

I stayed in this hotel in November 2024 for 4 Nights whilst on a business trip and my experience was significantly below my expectations for a supposedly 5 star hotel. I booked here at a short notice based on a local Tunisian friends advice. However, i understand that it seems that there standards have deteriorated significantly in the past months recently as they are currently undergoing a change of management to the Radisson Group. Upon Check-In, the staff at the reception was not efficient at all, it took them 1.5 hrs after my arrival before they could complete the formalities and allocated a room to me. The staff at check-in promised me she would be creating a Radisson Rewards account for me which did not happen to date. Moreover, during my stay there every night from 1am to 2am I was woken up loud music coming from the Nightclub in the hotel. To add to the horror, I decided to have dinner at the Dar Zmen Restaurant on one of the nights to find a hair in my lentil soup. After I pointed out finding a hair in my soup, the restaurant staff attempted to convince me that it was a carrot fiber which it was not! Taking the elevator from the 4th floor to the lobby was incredibly frustrating. It often took around 30mins for the elevator to arrive and when it finally did, it stopped on every single floor making the journey down unnecessary long. I shared my negative experience with the staff during checkout but all I received in response was a dismissive shrug as if there was no care for anything shared with them. I would never stay in this hotel again!

2 nuitées durant un séminaire au Laico Tunis ! Organisation au top, chambres confortables et service impeccable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et la nourriture est délicieuse. Very modern hotel close to airport. Reception will schedule pick up for about 50 dinar. Air conditioning took a while to cool the room, and the fridge was unplugged. Kettle,coffee and tea, iron and safe. We did have to call reception to reset the safe. Breakfast has a lot of options, including an egg station.. Pastries are excellent. Gate1 included a farewell dinner, which was excellent. I assume other meals or room service would be equally good. On-site spa and outside "lap" pool.

L'hôtel Laico est absolument charmant, offrant un parfait équilibre entre confort et commodité grâce à son emplacement fantastique. Le personnel de la réception a fait une excellente impression dès le début—ils n'étaient pas seulement polis, mais également vraiment désireux de nous aider avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, nous faisant sentir les bienvenus. Notre chambre a largement dépassé nos attentes, étant spacieuse, impeccable et extrêmement confortable, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Ce qui a vraiment marqué la différence, cependant, c'était le service. Il était exceptionnel à tous les niveaux, mais l'équipe de la réception mérite une mention spéciale. Ils ont fait tout leur possible pour s'assurer que nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait, en nous offrant des recommandations utiles et une assistance tout au long de notre séjour. Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver d'une meilleure hospitalité !

L'hotel Laico è una ottima struttura, dislocato sul viale che congiunge l'aeroporto alla città. Tutto il personale con il quale si ha avuto la possibilità di interagire è stato sempre particolarmente gentile e professionale, riuscendo sempre a fornire un valido supporto alle richieste. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutti i confort necessari. Il letto è spazioso e veramente comodo. Sono fruibili una piccola piscina, una palestra ed un centro benessere, dove si possono scegliere svariati trattamenti, tra i quali massaggi e trattamenti di bellezza. Il settore della ristorazione offre vari ristoranti, con la possibilità di scegliere differenti tipologie di cibi e con tariffe diverse. Ci sono anche vari bar, uno dei quali all'ultimo piano: qui vengono svolti sia concerti che feste private. Purtroppo ciò causa un notevole rumore e può essere abbastanza difficoltoso riuscire a dormire fintanto che c'è la musica. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente: peccato esserci stato per lavoro e non aver potuto prendere parte alle feste.

Ayant séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet hôtel à l’occasion de plusieurs passages à Tunis, cet hôtel a un côté vestige d’une époque « luxe » révolue. Restant malgré tout correct pour les courts séjours business et séminaires, nécessiterai à mon humble avis une bonne rénovation. Les points positifs : Un hotel qui reste imposant, sécurisé Dispose en rez-de-chaussée de cafés et lounge sympa et restaurant pour les amateurs des endroits animés.
