Nice place

Uma boa experiencia no hotel. Hotel bem localizado para conhecer as praias para quem esta de carro. Perto do shopping SawGrass e de varias lojas. O hotel esta um pouco velho, mas o custo x beneficio vale a pena. O café da manhã é simples mas tem qualidade. Os quartos são grandes, com sala e quarto separados.

Para mi propósito en este viaje estuvo genial, fácil acceso y cerca de varios establecimientos de comida.

The bathroom was terrible, with peeling ceiling paint. For a suite, there is no bathroom space. We booked as a family of four, but received only ONE bottle of water daily!! Disgusting! The hotel's agent had approved us to have a pool party which was the whole reason for the visit to FL. We were having our party and the hotel staff told us to stop our birthday party, otherwise they would call the cops! Our music was not loud, we were not noisy, we were at the pool and we had the booked time to be there. But they didn't want to listen, and the staff said they were not made aware of any party or special booking, that it was not in their records. If you agree on anything with this hotel, please get it in writing, don't forget! Overall, it was a dull stay for us. I wouldn't use this hotel again.

I would not return there anymore the floor needs remodeling. Carpets are old dirty and smelly. Forget about the manager who were on site when I arrived she’s very rude. It was very convenient for me it was close to all the venues that I had to attend. But unfortunately I won’t go back thanks

Staff was rude and not helpful. Restaurant table service breakfast seemed to have been served from the members only free breakfast buffet. Most of the “hot”’food was cold and the milk was sour. Room was dirty. TVs and air conditioner didn’t work until we had multiple maintenance visits.

There was nothing clean about this hotel. At first sight everything looked great, but once you got into the room, it was dirty it smelled like mold the customer service at the front desk was very good though.

Looks like old rooms need some TLC. Especially carpet needs replaced with newer flooring which won’t smell!! Needs replacing better lavatory doors

Looks like they are updating the rooms, our room was updated, clean and very comfortable. Friendly and very professional staff. All in all a great experience!

A bit out dated, but the smell was great, staff were very helping, and the lobby was very tropical.

Lobby was very nice, continental breakfast would really be nice. Room was somewhat dated but clean. Staff was very friendly. Pool and hottub was awesome.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this hotel that left me feeling unsafe. When I got there, the hotel didn’t have the room needed and set me up in a double instead (which was okay). But upon entering the room I could see it was noticeably dirty, with plenty of dirt in the corners that had never been vacuumed and furniture that was heavily beat up. There were also stains on the counter, and most of the lights were bent out of shape or broken. Lighting in the room was also pretty dim in general. They also put me in a room that had a ledge outside the window that someone could easily walk on to break into the room (it was the maintance space where the hvac units were), and also didn’t have a proper locking mechanism on the window. The secondary door to the bedroom didn’t have a lock and was hinged outward so that you couldn’t prop a chair underneath the handle to provide and extra level of security. The bathroom also did not have a lock, and was very poorly lit. My incidental holding fee was also $150, which is honestly pretty outrageous. Luckily I didn’t have this charge go through. I also had an uncomfortable experience where I was going to my room in the evening and one of the employees stopped mid walk and stared at me as I got out of the elevator and walked to my room that was nearby. Overall a really uncomfortable stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future (especially to women traveling on their own).
