Good service

Sarovar Portico Trivandrum was a nice stay. Everyone was very friendly and warm. The food in the hotel was very tasty yet a bit expensive. Options in Vegetarian are less but in non vegetarian a lot of options are there. The chef was very friendly and greeted us every time we visited the hotel. They can even prepare the dish according to our preferences and likes. The rooms were very clean and smell good. A lot of pillows were good and centralised A/C was very cool. Room service was good as well. A lot of eatables were also provided but they charge double than the MRP for those items. They can sell it at at least at their MRP but should not be more. Did not get the chance to eat buffet but breakfast buffet had a lot of options in the menu. The hotel’s locality was also good and is located at the heart of the city. MG Road has all the things were very near to hotel and even can be commuted by walk. Overall a very nice stay with my family. Thank you Sarovar Portico.

It's a good hotel. Staff behavior is good. Food is also good. We stayed here for two night. Our overall experience is very good. Room cleaning also good. I give 5 from 5 for overall. Location of hotel is near to padmanabhaswamy temple. Exllent

The room was clean. The pillows and the bed was so comfortable. The food was awesome. The staff were very helpful. Totally a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I had a flight at 10.45 pm. I asked for a room to freshen up. There was no one at the reception at 7 pm. You should take care of that too
