Apartment. No daily houskeep. Buy have wash and dry and kitchen if U r cooking. Quite troublesome as U book via app, still must email and pay another 300myr deposit to avante homes. Also the num Lock to the mailbox is so small I can't see anything. Also, fans and air con control quite complicated What's good, ample pillows, pillowcases, bathrobe to go ard. Just hope the earlier tenant do try funny things. Overall a good stay.

STAY AWAY！ this hotel will email you after booking and demand you pay 300 rm online off the trip app and say they will refund it 4-7 days after your stay. I asked to pay by cash or at least by card in person. They refused and wouldn’t give me the info to check in. I asked to cancel the booking as I’m not comfortable paying with some strange link off the original website and they also refused. I lost money and they lost a customer for life! Stay at a reasonable and honest hotel.

住宿條件不錯，水壓充足，單人床很舒服。冷氣很冷。我只是不知道這是愛彼迎預訂，所以入住時間只有下午 3 點，需要在上午 11 點前退房，但必須要求延長至中午 12 點才能退房。無憂無慮。 地理位置優越，步行 5 分鐘即可到達 komtar jbcc，附近有美食。

Property was very near Komtar JBCC, will book again when the next time I visit again, room was clean except there is a dead cockroach in the toilet, overall a very pleasant stay.

Very near Komtar JBCC and CIQ. Has HaiDiLao nearby as well and a 7-11.
