Entrance to lobby was hard to fin (it was pretty dark inside). Continental breakfast was not great at all. Basically had to buy overpriced breakfast to get a breakfast. Server was rude at the breakfast as well: talking in Spanish about other guests. Bed and pillows were TERRIBLE, especially for the price point you were paying here. Everything creaks, bed was so small in room. To top it off, the front desk/counter was not accommodating at all. They just didn’t really seem to care about customer experience. Save your money, and go elsewhere. If I could have, I would’ve left and paid more to stay elsewhere.

Attended a weekend wedding with most of the people involved staying in neighboring hotels. The price was right for us. It’s no frills hotel with a nice pool and very close to golfing amenities. It’s a throw back to the 50’s and 60’s with “I Love Lucy” plastered over the walls of the here. We had an issue checking in, and the service staff were quick to resolve it.

What I like is very little...the interiors or the room seem to be kept up. There was free charging for my plug-in hybrid, but there were only two charge ports and were full when I checked in. The waitstaff during my first morning breakfast were nice and helpful. Starting at 3 or 4 pm until 10 pm is live singing in the lounge that can be heard from you room. I asked to be moved after the first night and was told there was not anything they could do. The outlet, not the plug, that the mini-fridge plugs was exposed at a 45 degree angle. NO bathtub, no where listed that there was not a bathtub! No microwave, but I should have realized that when it was not part of the amenities but that has always been one of those staples, like coffee or sheets on the bed. The continental breakfast was all carbs, sans broken discolored hard boiled eggs. I list the yogurt as carbs since the ones they had were sugar bombs. No beverages, except water, coffee and two juices - not even tea for us non-coffee drinkers. Would I stay here again - no, it was inconvenient to Palm Springs and the live performances, that are louder than a rock concert, kept me up and I did ask for a room the furthest away from the performance (and there were empty rooms). For the hotel - No I would not accept a night on you to make up for it or other incentives to return. The only way I would be satisfied is getting a night refunded, but I know that will not happen.

Indian wells resort was a pleasant surprise! Booked it on a whim needing a last minute hotel. And this gem definitely surprised me. Alittle dated but well worth the price!

It was not modern in technology and our room had a moldy smell from the carpet. The refrigerator had also been unplugged which created any foul odor.

This was a lot better than I was expecting and great value for the reservation price. I just hope there aren't any surprises at the front desk when I check out.
