Complicated switch system. Average maintenance.we couldn’t on the fan while our stay in the hotel.could not switch off some lights in the night

The staff was amazing, very helpful and polite. Giving useful suggestions of places to visit. Contacting tuk tuk or uber at a moments notice. Offering to show you how to fish in the pond. Explaining what all the edibles are. Thank You for such a wonderful holiday.

Luxury Room with balcony and Excellent view of Hotel ponds. The room was huge and full of Modern Amenities. Clean and up to date. They have a huge surrounding area with a playground, Water pond and many more things to offer. Food was great, we met Chef Ali and he prepared of the best meal for us during dinner. Breakfast offerings were from menu and Uppam with Egg Roast curry was out of the world. By walking distance from the Hotel you get Cab and Rickshaw.

I stayed 28 days at this resort and the experience of my stay was very positive. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The service was excellent and accommodation was clean. When I arrived the reception staff Azna, Navya and Drissya made me very welcome. There was a very relaxing atmosphere and they made sure I had everything after my long and tiring journey. Vishu made sure my luggage 🧳 was in my room before I got there and also brought in the additional items I had requested from the resort. Every morning I looked forward to breakfast. The staff were always smiling and provided a good service. Good selection of items and freshly cooked 🍳. The Captain and Moshumi looked after me and were very helpful with my specific diet needs. Excellent service from house keeping. Sooriuj and Abhishek were very helpful and made sure my room was cleaned daily and appropriate toiletries available. As a solo female traveller safety and security is very important to me. This resort has very good security and I felt safe with the level of monitoring in place. There is always room for improvement and the resort needs to improve on their WiFi system. The other area is to have information on tours and travel for tourist. A heartfelt thank you to Navya, Azna and Drissya for their support and guidance. I would definitely return to this resort.

This hotel had good security, beautiful lobby, good size swimming pool, comfortable clean beds, friendly staff. The service was quick and customer services team was above and beyond to help us out. The Manager Mr. Anderw was very polite, helpful, and made sure we had all requirements being looked after. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Even when ordering a Uber, Miss Divishiya made sure we have a safe journey both ways, and used to talk to driver and contact us all the way. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast , the chef used to make special dishes for me as I am Glutenfree and Lactose intolerance. The food throughout the day was amazing. I highly recommend to my friends and family members about the Hotel ,Staff, and Manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and they treated us as family members. Thank you.

We went as a large Group for a family wedding. Andrew the manager was just amazing. All staff were accommodating and happy to organise whatever we required. We just had to message and it would be done. The banqueting halls were comfortable for the pre wedding events and staff waiting hand and foot. The receptions were helpful with lovely smiles. Vegetarian food was delicious and they made it without onions and garlic. Breakfast was good too. Food was little too spicy for my taste so need to ask them to tine it down. Andrew specially organised fireworks for us on New Year’s Eve. A huge thank you to the whole team! 🙏

I wish there were more stars to give for service. This is by far one of the best properties my family has stayed in - in terms of service. Right from the front desk (special kudos to Hasna and Drishya) to their restaurant (Noitoi - Apologies, I might be mispelling the name, but she did a great job) - the entire team focused on providing the BEST service to us (I'm sure other guests would feel the same). The rooms are super spacious and spotlessly clean with all the needed amenities. Our room had a minor AC issue, which the team tried to resolve promptly, each time it was reported - they even offered a room change but we declined as we were checking out the next morning. But they went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The food in the restaurant - we had the complimentary breakfast on both days and we also had lunch here - is just amazing. The food options are good and taste is also great. Quantity, quality - both excellent. We also did a bit of fishing and caught some fish, which the restaurant cleaned and prepared for us - an experience we won't forget. The ambience - set aside the backwater, this place is seriously a great one to stay in. We had a chance meeting with the owners - very friendly and kind people. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay for a few nights away from the hustle of the city - it's totally worth it. Thank you, team Rustic Leisures.

I recently stayed at Rustic Leisures for three days, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The rooms were beautifully furnished, and my favorite part was the balcony that overlooked the gardens. Waking up to such a beautiful view every morning was simply great. The food was another highlight of the trip , it was a perfect fusion of Kerala cuisine and Arabian flavors. Every dish was unique and absolutely delicious. My children had an amazing time, and it was heartwarming to see them so happy and entertained throughout our stay. The hospitality was top-notch, and the team made sure we felt at home from start to finish. Thank you, Rustic Leisures LLP, for being such wonderful hosts and making this vacation so special. One of the best hotels in kochi. Play areas and multiple activities for kids and adults . Appreciate the team for maintaining the cleanliness of such a large property. Wonderful serene experience with delicious food. A great hotel located away from the city's crowd with great facilities. Rooms are immaculate. Children really enjoyed the common area and pool side. The location is ideal, offering beautiful views and easy access to the city. The service was also excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time here. There is no other hotel in Cochin matching this experience, in the same price range!

The hotel is in a quiet area of vypin, only 20 min from fort kochin. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hotel Manager was so helpful and did everything for us, the hotel staff was amazing also. We would deffinetly come again. Thank you.
