索倫托溫泉

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

環境非常棒，就在海邊懸崖上，地中海的海景盡在眼底，酒店早餐也很好，雖然不是非常適合中國胃，但比較豐富，餐廳景觀也棒，早起在酒店吃個早飯一天心情都很好。酒店擁有私人海灘，不過不是沙子的那種海灘，是岩石，通過電梯或者下行地道能直接抵達海邊，直接海裏游泳。不想海裏游的也能酒店泳池游，非常適合度假。美中不足，房間總有股味道。開車導航的時候，因為導航的問題總是開不進酒店，其實酒店到索倫托中央車站走路也就7分鐘，位置，景觀，配套，都無與倫比。

The hotel is located half way between the station and the harbour. From the top floor there are beautiful views and very relaxing. The hotel is new and everything looks nice and clean, rooms are decorated in blue and white with nice furniture and a comfortable bed. Nice pool and plenty of food places around, although it is classed as a 4* it could easily be a 5*. Look forward to returning.

We came for a short stay just one night. Excellent service, beautiful grounds and views. Would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Aminta! The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly Professional, friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We got very beautiful Mountain view from our Room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!!”

酒店在山頂風景很美，出行每小時都班車去市區，回來也有班車。酒店房間大，海景房喝酒店公區的視野都很不錯，對面就是維蘇威火山。非常推薦

酒店早餐算不錯，相當於星級酒店水平，節省的到酒店方法：從碼頭，隨後乘坐1歐的lift，到達上麪城市（照片1），隨後走8分鐘經過小廣場到達大廣場（有彩旗的，照片2），再走main street（步行道，照片3），兩邊各式商店，可以在照片4的薯條店買飲料，在對麪的教堂門口（照片5）的椅子上休息一下（也可以在路邊的酒吧喝飲料休息），隨後繼續向前走，不到醫院（廣場）邊上的向下斜坡走，50米左轉走小巷子，走7分鐘，達到可以開車的路路口，再右轉對麪路走100米（路過一個上坡的停車場），就到酒店了.

首先早餐很好從酒店到港口的電梯移動真的很舒服職員們非常親切真的很好!!!! 對不起,房間有點小!但是,這很令人失望,我根本不擔心選擇它! 請注意,酒店游泳池和早餐區不是海景 好地方!

很棒的酒店。一切都很乾淨、美麗、有品味。位置便利，遠離喧鬧的中心，所以晚上非常安靜。工作人員友好而有禮貌。餐廳裡的男人們讓我們著迷：善良、關心、細心，尤其是佛朗哥，他迷人的微笑。真正的義大利式熱情好客！多麼美味呀！我的妻子患有乳糖不耐症，所以他們為她量身定制了所有菜餚和單獨的讚美。真是太好了，非常感謝大家！房間舒適、乾淨，景色優美！我們一定會再回到這裡！我們發自內心向大家推薦它。
