我們分別於2013年和2014年住在皇家酒店，想回到索倫托，並且在那不勒斯住了幾天。上次我們入住的時候，我們保留了海景房，但是由於這些房間中的大多數都設有浴缸淋浴而不是步入式淋浴，所以這次我們保留了套房。我們保留了一個側麪海景套房，很高興將其升級為一個非常好的正麪海景套房。 正如我們在2013年和14日所記得的那樣，工作人員既愉快又樂於助人，早餐的選擇以及餐廳的氛圍都非常出色。我們大部分時間在泳池邊吃午餐，這裡有很好的選擇，準備充分。 我們僅對管理部門提出2項要求，請提供用於日光浴浴床的床墊，並考慮更換淋浴間。

聖誕節前在這裏住了四晚，酒店為我們升級到最高層的兩個房間，相對滿意。酒店位置很好，離中心非常近。酒店很乾凈，每天換床單。但早餐沒有傳說中的好，估計那是因為這個時候酒店客人很少，也就那麼幾個客人，所以早餐天天都是那麼些東西，也許夏天會很好吧。餐廳吃飯比外麪要貴較多，還是建議到外麪吃好。酒店推薦的花園餐廳也還蠻不錯，挺漂亮的。這個時候到索倫托很不錯，可以感受聖誕氣氛，建議周末去，氣氛相當濃。而且也是檸檬和橘子季節。

There are pros and cons to booking this hotel. Firstly it’s not too expensive. Yes it’s situated nicely to accessing central Sorrento but it is situated at the junction of Via Bernardino Rota and Via Bartolommeo Capasso which are very busy roads…one leading to the local elementary school and local Police Command Centre the other a busy main thoroughfare. There are two zebra crossings by the hotel which realistically are ignored by the Italians so be very careful when crossing. The noise of traffic is a constant and the pollution from vehicles is ever present…we could smell it from our third floor balcony most days. It does quieten off late at night but it can disturb a good nights sleep…..we could hear traffic on occasion from 04.30am with bins being emptied and bottles being rattled as they are taken away. As for the hotel it is a three star hotel so don’t expect anything swanky. It is neat and tidy and is kept spotlessly clean by the girls who see to the rooms etc…they are fantastic. The dining experience from my point of view was variable…breakfast service and food provided was good. Evening meals were chosen at breakfast time from a list provided by the staff…..you basically tick off what you fancy from the choices available…I found the evening meals variable in quality….some were good, some were not. Some guests we spoke to had made complaints that their food was cold upon being presented to them. Must say they do good soup. We did not eat at the hotel every night ….to be fair I’ve had better’s Italian food from local restaurants at home. Bedrooms are spacious, bed comfortable but we found the pillows a bit hard but that’s just our opinion….as said previously the rooms are kept clean …so no complaints. The bathroom although dated was functional and everything worked. The hotel lift at best takes two people at a time so get ready to wait if you find the stairs a hardship. Overall the hotel is what it is…an unpretentious hotel befitting of it’s three star rating…..some guests had returned for the fifth time so they clearly liked it….would I use it again….probably not….I think it’s worth spending a few extra quid and seeking out a hotel that is just as close to the centre but has a better rating.

A great find, the hotel is within a lemon grove. It is a short (flat) walk about 10mins to Piazza Tasso which for us was ideal as the hotel is away from the areas that were busy at night. The rooms were very clean and a good size, with high ceilings and tiled floors (and AC if needed) all of which helped on the humid days to keep to room cool. A couple of days there were storms in the area the rooms were very well sound proofed and we didnt hear them. The staff were fantastic, the day we arrived we took a wrong turn from the station and turned a 5minute walk in to 30mins in midday sun, when we arrived the first thing we were offered were a place in the shade and some cold lemon infused water. Then on the last day we were given bottles of water for of onward journey. At other times the staff were available to offer ideas for places to go, things to see, book taxi’s arrange day trips etc.

Siamo stati benissimo, camera pulita, efficiente, soprattutto il personale tonia ed Ilaria gentilissime !!! Colazione abbondante!!! La cosa più bella che parcheggi è cammini a piedi.a pochi minuti c'è il centro di Sorrento il corso con tanti negozi e delizie...non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci!!!! 💯

拉維爾大酒店,是一個非常友好和舒適的酒店,坐落在索倫託市中心僅步行5-10分鐘。我們很早就到達,非常感激我們的房間在上午11點就準備好了。我們真的很感激我們提早辦理登機手續的請求能夠得到滿足。如果他們找不到安全的地方,我們就可以在需要的時候把行李寄存起來。我們的房間是四樓的海景,可以欣賞到那不勒斯灣和維蘇威火山的美景。從5樓和屋頂酒吧可以看到的景色更令人印象深刻。房間裏有你所需要的一切,有足夠的儲藏空間。特大牀很舒服,有我很久以來用頭枕過的最好的枕頭。有很多電源插座,包括一個多連接電話充電器和一個英國插座。所有員工都非常友好,高效,樂於助人,而且非常樂於助人。那天是我妻子的生日,我們在那兒的時候,酒店慷慨地在房間裏給她留了一瓶起泡葡萄酒,這是一個可愛而受人讚賞的姿態。我們一定會推薦這家很棒的酒店,希望有一天回到索倫託。

毫無疑問,這是我住過的最好的房間,套房有熱水浴缸501室。它很大 - 它感覺比廣告的50平方米大 - 休息室,通常設置一個大沙發,茶几,2張扶手椅加上一張單獨的書桌用作次臥 - 我女兒說這是有史以來最舒適的沙發牀,她甚至有自己的淋浴室/wc。主臥室很大,大號牀,漂亮的傢俱,有很多電源插座。主浴室是,我猜它自己的大約20平方米 - 熱水浴缸實際上只是一個帶有按摩浴缸的浴缸。獨立的大淋浴間,雙水槽,wc和坐浴盆。4個獨立的陽台,都俯那不勒斯海灣(甚至浴室裏有一個)酒店本身有點陳舊,早餐還可以。位置優越 - 距離火車站300米,距離主廣場400米。我相信酒店在冬天正在裝修 - 這令人遺憾,因爲我非常肯定這將遠遠超過我們所能負擔的。

We were a group of 3 couples and due to the time of year, we were limited on room choices so our experiences varied. Room 1, large room with sitting area and two balconies - very good. Room 2, double room with balcony facing the train line - satisfactory Room 3, twin room with window, cramped and dark. However, we were not in the rooms much so it didn't affect anyone too much. The breakfast room was beautiful and a good range of food was on offer. The location was brilliant, walking distance to everything.

Estuvimos hospedados 4 noches. Destacamos la ubicación muy cerca de la estación de bus hacia la costa Amalfitana y del centro para salir a pasear y comer. El b&b está en un edificio antiguo pero tranquilo, una vez dentro es todo lo que necesitas para estar cómodo. Habitación amplia, cama cómoda, y ducha muy buena. Siempre muy limpio y agradable. Párrafo aparte para Francesco siempre atento a las necesidades, todas las mañanas con el desayuno listo de gran calidad para salir a caminar. Excelente atención y calidez humana. Súper recomendable.
