德爾科索飯店(Hotel Del Corso)

We were disappointed. The hotel's location is good, but on a pedestrian street so you have to walk with luggage to get there since you cannot be dropped off in front. Not a bad walk unless you have a lot of luggage or must leave in the midst of a torrential rainstorm as we did. There is a lovely terrace where breakfast is served and where you can sit in the evenings. The bathroom grew moldy during our stay and housekeeping did not address it. You had to keep the bathroom door open and fan on to keep it from getting worse, yet the smell was unpleasant and the fan was noisy. The staff (owners?) were not particularly friendly and were downright rude on one or two occasions. We had a bottle of champagne left in our room with glasses from our travel agent. The evening we drank the champagne, we were yelled at when we placed the used glasses on the bar for not asking permission to use the glasses. We tried to explain that they were the glasses left in our room, but it didn't seem to make a difference. We visited at the end of a very busy season and I am sure they were tired of tourists, but yelling at guests is not appropriate.

The hotel room was austere, like what I imaging a monk would have, and that's OK. It was incredibly clean, I think yo could safely eat off the floor. The shower leaked all over the floor forcing us to get new towels daily. The problem was the noise. We stayed in one of the rooms that was off an open porch. The first night we were so tired we heard nothing, the second night, the music stopped at 10. The third night the music and people yelling were so loud that I could feel the bass in my chest. And it went on until midnight. I don't know where the noise came from, somewhere on the street. If you stay here, make sure you get an interior room. The rating is one star because of the noise, but it was 5 stars for everything else so it's too bad.

Súper bien ubicado y maravillosa atención por parte de Angelo y Antonino los conserjes. Tuvimos la suerte de recibir un up grade y disfrutamos mucho la estadía, volveremos seguramente y los recomendamos

Hotel muito bem localizado na Av Corso Italia, com ótimas opções de restaurantes próximos, comércio, entre outras facilidades para os turistas. Quarto com bom tamanho, porém peca por não ter armário. Café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor pois tem poucas opções, porém fica localizado em uma varanda muito bonita. Funcionários da Recepção são simpáticos e solícitos.

至少可以說很糟糕，房間舊、吵鬧、不舒服……早上 6 點我被手推車吵醒……無論如何，床太不舒服了，起床很高興……我經常旅行......這是最差的酒店，價格也很高......現在每個人都可以獲得良好的矯形記憶床墊......我睡在酷刑桌上！需要好好清潔一下！！！強烈不推薦！！！！

Only one mirror in whole room Staff not friendly. Too few hooks in bathroom. Not allowed to take key when we went out. Had to turn in to front desk.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of Sorrento. Easy to walk to everything.

Bien situé quoique le stationnement est difficile dans le secteur

Hotel centralissimo, sul corso di Sorrento. Vicino alla piazza Tasso, con boutique e localino a 2 passi. Struttura bella, in pieno stile sorrentino. Di charme, ariosa e con quel tocco di vintage che poi è quello che ci fa innamorare di Sorrento. Camera spaziosa (tripla), bagno bello ampio e con super doccia. Pulizia ed decoro ottimo. Magnifica al terrazza dove si serve la colazione, che bella esperienza. Colazione all'italiana, dolce, ma veramente abbondante. Lo staff, soprattutto la proprietaria (signora dai capelli rossicci), di una gentilezza che ti fa dire "ma quasi quasi ci ritorno settimana prossima". Lo consiglio a tutti. Ci han tenuto i bagagli per una intera giornata, che altro. Se proprio volessimo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, magari il check-out spostato alle 11.00 (1 ora dopo quello previsto) sarebbe super. Ma capisco che ci sono anche le camere da rimettere in ordine per il check-in alle 12.00 dei clienti successi.
