天堂藝術大飯店

Enorm genoten van onze vakantie in dit hotel. De kamers waren altijd piekfijn in orde, het personeel was vriendelijk, het eten vond ik elke avond opnieuw heerlijk en ook een heel fijn en rustig zwembad. Niet te vergeten waren de obers, die waren zo ontzettend vriendelijk, ze deden hun werk met een lach, slaagden er telkens opnieuw in om ons aan het lachen te brengen en niets was teveel gevraagd. Voor mij was alles top, ik heb niets negatiefs te vermelden.

Abbiamo pranzato presso il ristorante dell'hotel Gran Paradiso ed era tutto buonissimo. I piatti erano ben presentati ed il pesce locale freschissimo. Cosa dire poi dello splendido panorama, pranzare ammirando il Vesuvio e la splendida costa!! Lo raccomando vivamente

Where do I even begin... this was the only pitfall of our 12 day trip to Greece and Italy. The front desk staff is unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. No one showed us where breakfast was, brought our bags to our rooms, or showed us around - terrible service all around. There’s a massive creepy photo of twins above the reception desk. (I’m a twin and find this concerning). The other ‘art’ throughout the hotel looks like it was purchased at big lots. It’s bad. Pretty confident we were given a dirty room with bugs in it. My bed had lots of black hair in it (I’m bright blonde) and my dad and sister had bites on their bodies. I spoke to the manager and he basically told me I was lying and that I left my balcony door open. They do not provide you with any complimentary water except at breakfast, and you will be yelled at if you fill your water bottle to go. There is illegible cursive written in sharpie marker on the door frame of every door - very odd. The only saving grace of this place is the pool views. The pool is too cold to get in, so everyone sits around it. Do not waste your money. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Vista eccezionale, bellissima piscina, buon ristorante, arredato bene, materasso ottimo, bel bagno con grande doccia. Ottima colazione abbondante e buon servizio in piscina e terrazza piscina. Lo spritz adesso lo sanno fare bene ( da buon Veneto gliel’ho spiegato bene).

I booked with my 14 year old, it's not a child suited hotel. There was no entertainment, no music by the pool or the dining room. Our balcony looked into a overgrown garden with roosters, ( waking us at 5 am, everyday! ) The room was a decent size and immaculately clean, thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff. We went half board and I wish we hadn't! The evening meals were awful! Cold, fish, or salty over cooked chicken, no fresh salad or vegetables. No pizzas or exciting pastas! An omelette for vegetarian the whole week! This resulted in us eating out a few times! Breakfast was OK, again not hot, poor coffee and endless amounts of cake, however the fresh fruit, yogurt and toppings for toast were sufficient. The staff are incredible! Giuliano, Michael, Luca, and Eugene are out of this world, they were so friendly, polite and always happy to see you. They are the only reason i didn’t leave to find another hotel. Thank you to those named above, you are fantastic at your job. The shuttle bus drivers are brilliant, the bus could be a little more frequent though. At the end of our holiday i was then hit with tourist tax, that we had never been told about ! They even tried to charge for my teenager, which under 18 s don't pay! I had to Google it all. The staff, the views and the pool area are wonderful. Sadly the hotel lacks atmosphere, good Italian fresh food, and unless you're willing to pay extra for a front room view you'll get an awful view instead! I would not retun to this hotel. The travel agents need to be CLEAR and HONEST with regards to the star rating system, as I spent a lot of money for views and friendly staff.

Un luogo dove l'attenzione per il cliente è il top. Camera, piscina, centro benessere, ristorante eccellenti. Un luogo meraviglioso gestito alla grande. Il bar è accogliente e ben diretto. Ottimo il servizio navetta.
