I started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!

現在は直したようだが、割引の案内が不親切。また、朝食について前日の夕方にフロントで説明されたことと実際が違って嫌な思いをさせられた。当方の聞き違いではない証拠に、別の泊り客も同様に案内された朝食時間に来ていたが団体客でいっぱいで入れなかった。また、駅までの送迎も、確かに「3日前までに予約」と書いてはあるが、当日ほかに誰もいないのに断られた。ホスピタリティーを学びなおしてほしい。駅から遠いのに。かなり古いのだが、室温の調節がほとんど効かないのと、トイレの水音がものすごく大きくて驚いた。夜中に使うのがはばかられる。
