Check in was very disappointing and uncoordinated with self check in kiosks. Room was good and clean but bathroom is cheap with a shower Curtin

Try getting a room at the Resort Tower. The Royal Tower rooms are dingy. The portion behind the table in our room hadn't been cleaned in a very long time with a lot of accumulated dust. Late checkouts are chargeable if they extend beyond an hour. Also, make sure you inform guest services in advance about a late checkout. We were curtly informed that a late checkout would not be possible, even though we were willing to pay for it, as the hotel was completely booked for the long weekend. The hotel has a few bars and restaurants, but they progressively shut starting 10pm. The one bar that remains open late into the night had only one bartender, making it difficult to get a drink. The bartender also looked as if she was ready to collapse under the sheer stress of handling things alone.

Worst ever hotel I ever stayed, flawed in system, when facing mistakes cook up stories. Will drop Las Vegas authority their nonsense system which “kinda” cheating foreigners from my view. Horrible hotel service. A lot same pricing hotel around it, so pls check more in more platforms if this is the only one available from what you saw.
