There was no water for a day in hotel due to plumbing issue.I wanted to check out one day in advance but hotel and trip.com refused to refund any money.The hotel is newly built and nice.Actual room size is smaller than photos.Balconies are disfunctional with no chairs and poor rear view.

The moment we checked in the room wasn’t clean , no towels, power back up was a problem . For normal glass also they were charging. Very disappointed.

It was a very lovely stay at Foxtrail. The ambiance was very nice, the location was great, the rooms were very comfortable, the staff was extremely nice, and the food was so delicious. Specially Thanks to Chef Kamal!😊👌

hotel is outstanding however quality of room is not up to the mark, i asked for a bath towel which was ordered as checked in the room there was no bath towel in the room, the boy Sunil give the towels in prominent way, very politely he speaks. From food i had just ordered salad and malai kofta however it take 50 mint to make very delay in service by Barsha not even in proper uniform . as my order was late i ask for simple way that coke is available she replied [;free mai koi chiz Nahi melty ........ And then i realize that i am leaving in a 2 star property . EMPLOYEES ARE NOT RESPECTING THE GUEST .

hotel is pathetic staff doesn't no what work we are doing harshly language from housekeeping boy ,Barsha who served our food was smelling very bad aroma not even uniform washed i like the nature of Nitaya and Sunil who was helping us for entire stay front desk Aman was kind full in nature this hotel was recommended by someone but dosent seen any changes in post 6 month

property is nice room was not nice as housekeeping should maintain the decorum as we stayed in 406 in corridor person was speaking in harssh language which we dont like as their should be manager who should trained the un employed staff . €MR. SUNIL FROM HOUSEKEPPING WAS GREAT AND CALM PERSON THANKS FOR YOUR PROMPT SERVICE FOOOD IS NOT THIS MUCH TASTY .Hotel manager should look the propert ettire .
