When we requested a first floor bedroom because I walk with a cane and we are an older couple, we were told none available. Yet, the hotel was pretty empty. No elevator and stairs were difficult to navigate. Bathroom was old. Bed was comfortable. “Couch “ was a cushion on the heating/ AC unit by the window.

This particular hotel was so run down and dilapidated that my family and I didn't even stay. We checked out 15 minutes after checking in and went and found another hotel. The entire hotel smelled dirty and the room made me feel like bugs were going to run at me. When I went to check out I told the lady that the room was nothing like the pictures and was disgusting and my family and I were uncomfortable staying there. She offered to upgrade me to a room that was very nice and had just been redone. I'm guessing that was the one they took and post pictures of. But the property was so run down it just wasn't worth it.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I was traveling with my cat and she was totally at ease. I had trouble getting her back into her carrier upon leaving and the staff was willing to help with that. I managed with their help.

The price was low, but not the lowest at $80. However, the nearly empty room, devoid of any dresser or place to hang clothing. A little refrigerator (good), very small desk top built into the wall with one chair, queen bed with three thin pillows, two night stand tops built into the wall and a cushioned window seat beneath the window with curtins, and a TV that I had to reboot to get to work...but it did ultimately work. Toilet not cleaned well (nasty up toward the rim), tile work poorly done, the thinest bar soap I've ever seen. The floors were imitation hardwood, gray. Seemed fairly new. The checkin was very pleasant. The breakfast was a waffle or dry cereal, milk (I think...didn't notice), juice, and weak coffee. Mismatched tables/chairs in breakfast area and unkempt common areas tell me they are struggling in some way. Nice staff, but the experience was just sad.

This property needs a complete overhaul. Paint is peeling off the walls, creepy mirrors, stained carpets and disgusting something dripping down the bathroom wall. Go somewhere else. This place is unsanitary. Staff was kind.

Well to start with when we first got in our room we found ***** on the window cushion. Then the tv didnt work. And you had to pry the door open and shut. I would highly not recommend staying here.

Do not stay in a downstairs room! You hear everything, and I mean everything that going on upstairs if you're in a downstairs room. They moved us but charged us an upcharge which we didn't agree to. Not a good stay.
