Here is the list of things that were not working: Front door (they had to leave it open) Elevator (we were on the third floor) Ice machine The sheet on the bed had a stain that looked like feces. We didn't notice until the next day.

Upon check in I was given the key to room 211. When i went up it was someone else room. The beds were not made and there was trash and personal items. I immediately went down to the front desk and told them. They said they gave me the wrong key. I was supposed to be in 217. I was so angry because i could have walked in on someone in bed or undressing as it was after 9pm. Then the air conditioning in room 217 did not work correctly so we were very uncomfortable. We thought we were the only ones until the following morning a man knocked on our door asking if our air was working right cause he said his was not. So we were not the only ones. The toilet seat was old and cracking. The only thing that was a positive was that at least the shower water was hot. I am so disappointed with this stay. When you see comfort suites you think of class and comfort, but this was NOT IT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. VERY LOW BUDGET AND OLD!

We had a very obnoxious beeping that started about 1 in the morning waking up everyone including my one-year-old. We went to the front desk and had told them about the situation and they were no help at all. They also were not very interested in making the situation right. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer and will be spending my money elsewhere next time.

Beds were comfortable so we did get a good nights sleep. The place can use some renovation and their breakfast well let’s just say good thing there is a burger king next door

I would’ve been OK with a lot of the little things. But for $173 I expected a lot more. There wasn’t even a real blanket on the bed.

The owner was very rude when I showed him the video of roaches inside the shower and literally yelled at me in the hallway in front of everyone when it is his problem. Did not refund me nor move me to another room. Tried giving me late check out but rudely woke me up yelling at me to leave right then! For 210$ a night you would expect there to be no roaches and for the owner to be more professional. Worst experience of my life! If I could I would shut the place down!

Busted headboard and bed frame, busted elevator, and you can hear everything in other rooms. Staff was nice but this place doesn’t look anything like the pictures.

The bathroom tub/shower ran a steady stream of water constantly and xould not be shut off. The shower rod was a curved one and the tile it was screwed into was broken, so the rod hung down in the center so you could not extend the curtain when showering because the curtain would slide down to the center. Also, the toilet was lolse on the floor. Also saw cockroaches in the bar sink. Definitely needs maintenance in the rooms. Hallways have been repainted, but done very poorly. Missing ice maker on our floor.

Super comfy beds, the mattress are better than anywhere I’ve ever stayed.. better than luxury beds. Staff super friendly and sweet. Food outstanding. Clean and comfortable, what more could you want! Also very quiet. Mostly truckers that just want a meal, sleep, and back out on the road :)

Upon our arrival at the property, we were greeted by a staff member who was not very friendly. The check-in process went smoothly, but I was concerned when they asked to make a photocopy of my driver's license, especially considering the prevalence of identity theft. When we approached our room, we discovered that the door was unlocked and appeared to have been tampered with. This made us feel unsafe, but since we were exhausted from a long drive, we decided to take additional precautions to ensure our security in case someone tried to enter the room. The linens in the room were thin and worn out, and the pull-out sofa was in such poor condition that I wouldn't even let my pet sleep on it. Additionally, the restroom was in need of a thorough deep cleaning and updating. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with our stay at this property.

Overall a great stay. Be sure and ask for towels. We were given 2 bath, 2 hand and 1 washcloth for 2 people /2 days. When we asked, we were given more towels but not washcloth. There seemed to be a bit of a language barrier so we made do. Additionally, we had only decaf coffee for the room so just picked some up at walmart. Facility was clean and staff was friendly. Good stay overall and convenient to Winstar.

Elevator was bumping (scary)! No extra blanket. No water bottles. Only 2 towels. Only 2 almost-pillows; more like half-pillows on each queen bed. No laundry bag. Not our typical amenities and this hotel actually had a higher rating than the others nearby.
