我喜歡這個位置，就在 Pto. Varas 的中心。 良好的關注和床很舒服。

O hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento muito bom, Mas algumas situações, por serem evitáveis, acabam por deixar a experiência aquém do que poderia ser. No café da manhã, todos os dias, encontramos dificuldade em encontrar xícaras disponíveis, tendo que pegar em outras mesas. Guardanapos são somente um por pessoa, não ficam disponíveis. E em um dos dias pedi uma informação, sendo solenemente ignorado pela atendente. O responsável pelo local foi muito atencioso, mas infelizmente não houve solução.

Super choice when starting in Puerto Varas. It's a walk up a hill from the middle of town, but it's quiet and has views as a result. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are good sized, the a/c works well and the staff are extremely helpful, super people. The breakfast service is perfect. Dinner is available, especially useful if it's raining! We really enjoyed our stay. One note might be to request a room facing the church (west) - there are barking dogs nearby on the other side that are audible at night. Highly recommended!

Really nice hotel in a quiet area, but walking distance to the town. Our room was huge with great views of the lake and volcanoes, and parking was easy to find. Breakfast was good as well. Would stay again.

La atención y el personal sumamente cordial. Las instalaciones están en muy mal estado, mobiliario antiguo y mal tenido, la cama incomoda (dura), todo sin mucha mantención, le hace falta un upgrade al hotel. En general la limpieza de los lugares comunes muy mal.

What a beautiful property in a great location. All of the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with excellent English skills. The morning breakfast was delicious!

Buena relación calidad/ precio. Limpio y cómodo. Buen desayuno. El estacionamiento es solo fuera del hotel en una calle aledaña.

Já nos hospedamos no Solace em Santiago, por isso optamos por ele em Puerto Varas...é um ambiente de alto astral, os funcionário sempre solícitos, café da manhã excelente...SUPER.
