沃斯堡歐姆尼飯店(Omni Fort Worth Hotel)

Loved it. Was even able to have them schedule a food delivery which I appreciated! Michelle at the desk, 5 stars!

The location and property itself is amazing but they put me in an unsafe room with a nonworking phone and a nonworking smoke detector. Once I brought it the attention the only compensation they gave me was a drink voucher and management refused to talk to me about the situation they didn’t offer me to get another room so we spent the night in a very unsafe room with no smoke detector and a non-working phone.

El hotel es muy bonito, las opciones y calidad de la comida excelentes, la ubicación es perfecta PERO es imposible que te limpien la habitación. Lo solicitamos en repetidas ocasiones y cuando por fin nos “limpiaron” el cuarto, lo único que hicieron fue extender el duvet sobre la cama con cosas adentro. Terrible. Arruinó nuestra experiencia llegar cansados en la noche a una habitación sucia TODOS LOS DÍAS. Había hasta band aids con pelo del huésped anterior pegado en la regadera.

There was mold in our shower, drive a slightly larger vehicle and a valet member continuously tried to charge me $55 cash to park it for me. Continuously kept being told my vehicle wouldn’t fit in the parking garage despite having parked a larger vehicle in it before.

Love staying at Omni. We stayed as our grand baby is over at Cooks. Beds are comfortable, and it’s definitely home away from home.

We always choose the Omni whenever we stay in Fort Worth- the staff are amazing, the rooms are great and the beds are the comfiest! It was a super busy weekend in Fort Worth but the staff were as polite and helpful as always. Highly recommend this property!

The staff was amazing from the front desk, to housekeeping, and waitstafff. Excellent customer service even before we arrived. I received a text asking if there was any special accommodations they could make for us. We received an early check in and that fantastic service continued the entire stay. Well done!

We didn’t expect with such an expensive evening to also have to pay for WiFi, and there isn’t accessible free parking near the hotel. We ended up paying $45 for valet. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for just a weekend getaway. Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice, I just felt a little too pricey.
