The hotel was great (it is the only hotel I stay at when I travel here). The food in the restaurant was good as well but only had one interesting issue that highlights the labor shortage - I could not order alcohol as none of the servers were old enough to serve. This is the second occurrence of this in the past 2 months. The servers were excellent! Overall, great stay.

I was not happy with the front desk. I found staff to be very disengaged with customers. I felt very unwelcomed and I was not given housekeeping and I stayed for 5 nights! The restaurant was never opened in the evening when you would go for snack or drink. The staff watched us like hawks in the hallways on their screen of cameras. Did not like it there at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE Multi family trip, gone daily from 8am-9pm. Barely used the space, when we did it was BAD. We booked FULLKITCHEN. Fridge didn’t close. Only 8 spoons, veggie peeler, 4 dirty glasses, 2 saucers. NO FORKS, PLATES, BOWLS.Called front desk, they brought us 3 dirty forks, one massive steel bowl. 5 of us in the suite, and we could not eat together for lack of dishes. Dishwasher didn’t work. Our room did NOT have TOILET PAPER, SHAMPOO, CLEAN TOWELS, HANDSOAP. It did have FILTHY toilet, bathtub, a clump of hair on the wall.The comforter was covered in sharpie, sheets not clean. *HOUSEKEEPING DOES NOT EXIST! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Friends also staying in the hotel came to our room- after being gone ALL DAY, from 430 - 6pm before returning to the show. Front desk phoned & said “you have a complaint - have to leave immediately”. We were gone within 10 minutes of the call, did not return until bed, and gone the next morning by 8 am. When we returned at 1pm our room was locked - The front desk said “you have one hour to remove your items. Leave immediately, we DON’T have to tell you WHY, we actually called the police and they are coming to help you pack and move” WE CALLED RCMP- the hotel DID NOT. RCMP arrived they asked the hotel on what grounds, DEBBIE “we dont have to tell you but we have a video of children going to your room” 3 of the 5 children were ours. DEBBIE WOULD NOT SHOW VIDEO OR ANY REASON WHY WE HAD TO GO. NO PROOF OF COMPLAINT

While checking in we left an item at the front desk in a medium sized white box. We tried to pin point where the item had been left when we realized we didnt have it the next morning and the manager Gagan gave us the run around all day. Claimed the general manager had to give her codes so she could review the photage but the p.m. front desk emplyee shared that the GM had resigned and she didnt know why we had been told that. Turns out the staff on duty had thrown out (or eaten) our items after only 2 hours (according to the pm desk employee) and they never even tried to return them to us, despite the fact that we would have been on camera checking in. Some transparency would have been nic. But frankly why you would discard a product that does not need to be refrigerated and is completely sealed AND has the name of the bakery on a card taped to the top. Transparency needed and i am so disappointed by this experience. I truly believe when we didnt claim the items fast enough staff ate the cakes and they werent going to admit this (which of course i cant prove but would explain why they wouldnt just keep them safe until the morning). The worst part is the repeated attempts to get answers from the manager and she just kept telling us she would call before 2:30pm. No call came so i called at 2:40pm and thats when i finally recieved some answers.

Nice hotel, easy to find. This is the only Best Western I've stayed in that didn't offer breakfast with the package. However, Ricky's, the restaurant on site offer a really good choice of breakfasts and a 15% discount for hotel guest. W-Fi was good and strong.

Enjoyed my stay. Appreciated being on the parking side of the building but having the truck stop/refueling station across the way was not the best. Otherwise, convenient and handy.

Close access to shopping, eating, and coffee. Staff were friendly and efficient. We arrived at 10 pm on the second night of our stay and could not find any parking in the hotel lot. People above were noisy and kept very late hours both nights. Air conditioner was very noisy. For these reasons, poor nights of sleeping.

Best Western was extremely accommodating. I went through 2 hotels in Vernon looking for a hotel to accommodate an earlier check-in time & not one of those hotels could or would assist in that regard. I was in town for a wedding, which started at 2 pm and required an earlier check-in time so I was able to get ready after my few hours of travel. I was so relieved that they assisted me as this hotel is beautiful and the staff was reliable and personable. The rooms were spacious and clean, a lot of parking, quiet and again, absolutely accommodating. We were extremely grateful when we also requested a later check-out time and the front desk accommodated that as well. I don't stay at hotels often but when I do its this type of customer service that stands out for me. Thank you Best Western, I will definitely come back to stay with you again.

This was my second time I stayed in this hotel. My first impression was so nice on that hotel when I was there in 2016. But this time it was super bad. I was assigned for room 312. When we entered the room it was so badly smelling of vomit. When I entered to the bed room the floor was badly dirty with the vomit and there was a vomit on the bed as well. I went to the front desk and complaint about this and the staff lady was good she apologize and change my room to 412. But the Room 412 was ok but the toilet and kitchen sink both are blocked. Water was not passing through properly. Floor was also not cleaned properly. It looks like the housekeeping was the worst in that hotel. I will not stay in this hotel any more. I recommend the BEST WESTEN must review their license as well.

This was third stay, first pre COVID, other earlier this month, just feels to be aging. Needs new carpets, bath tub plug kept closing this visit staff. A1. Last week we did not know to request new towels. Did this week and things good. Car needed to stay there. We will again.

The room which i had booked as per the web site specific to the exact room I choose was not the room which I was given . The room itself was poorly cleaned . Dust a top the head board and the bed was absolutely unacceptable in how it was "made up ". All in all it was not something that I would want again .
