The staff deserves immense praise for their exceptional service. Every member of the team was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. They greeted me with genuine smiles and were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel valued as a guest & special thanks to Shankar for his assistance in the restaurant services.

Room in extremely poor condition with faulty leaking ac and rude untrained immature manager at front desk... That's coming from me having stayed here atleast twice before. Every time, some issue I neglected thinking they will improve. It was a very bad experience with wet floor, a bunch of issues - 1. The ac in room was leaking a lot of water.. The whole floor was wet during the entire stay. We couldn't tell where the water came from till the next day in morning. It was very bad, showed it to Kuber in housekeeping. Whether the ac is on or off, it should never happen. 2. Toilet paper in the bathroom was used, they should have replaced a brand new paper for new customers. How can they keep a used one, that too an almost empty roll? 3. Also, there was a wrapped brand new toilet paper by bathtub.. When I opened it, it had been soaked in some dirty water earlier. Which has dried but so damaged and dirty. I had to ask for a new one. 4. Bathroom floor mat was missing. 5. One of towel had stains. Disgusting!!! Am I the only one here fighting for basic amenities here after paying almost 6500-7000 Rs per night for a hotel room. They should have a paper checklist to make sure each and everything has been taken care of after every cleaning. 5. On top of that, the hotel air filtration system isn't great. If someone is smoking in their room on a floor, the entire lobby should not have cigarette smoke, unbearable.. Something is very wrong with the air circulation system. It happened with me on fifth floor. Someone on floor was smoking in their closed room. Yet the entire floor was unbreathable. When I brought these points to the hotel, their manager Ashley Lasrado contacts me, her response was "thank you for feedback" Seriously? No apologies, as if they just got positive feedback... Who does that? Are we dealing with untrained fools here? Do you even know about customer service? After her lousy responses, I told her to stop messaging me, Instead she kept playing victim and tried to shift the blame on me. I literally had to block her on whatsApp because she wouldn't stop messaging. It's as if they think, where are these guys gonna go, such a huge population, someone will need a place when they come to mumbai, why change? They just don't care. I don't want your thank you. It's not a positive feedback. It's an extremely negative experience. I expect an apology...After paying this much for a hotel room, I expect good quality. I ask How would you like to compensate me for such a crap experience? Talk it out with your property manager, Rupesh before giving me a lousy response Ashley. You clearly don't respect customers. Ashley, the Manager responds " next time " Really? You really expect me to stay here after such a crappy experience. Manager says, you are very rude and ins

Shankar has provided an excellent service and also helped to guide us through the city. The hotel has set an beautiful ambience and customer centric approach. The room service, food and stay was very comfortable and approach was friendly. I would recommend people to have a stay in this hotel.

Service is good. Shankar and Vijay from resturant service are extremely good at their work and very helpful. It would have been better if the hotel authority can keep wipers in washrooms as it remains wet all day long.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is of a great help. Very generous. Shankar and his colleagues from the service department did attend me and helped me a lot. The manager and the house keeping staff are also helpful and nice.

C’est un hôtel près de l’aéroport, nous y avons séjourné avant notre départ. L’accueil est plutôt sympa, l’hôtel et chambres très moyens. Il y teigne une odeur de l’enfermé, c’est assez vieillot , le personnel attend fermement les pourboires pour un simple bonjour. Attention au taxi de l’hôtel ( proposé avec un prix fixe pour visiter la ville ) ça vous coûtera au final 25% plus cher car le chauffeur gonflera les prix des parkings et exigera un BON pourboire à la fin. Ça nous a bcp déçu. Petit déjeuner assez pauvre mais bon et le personnel au petits soins - presque trop avenant - ne vous laissant pas tranquilles un instant - encore une question des pourboires. L’emplacement pratique mais pour ce prix pas super super

Very conveiyfor the airport. Only took 5 mins in the morning to transfer for our flight. Hotel is comfortable and clean.

I had a business stay here for a week and the hotel made sure it was a comfortable one. Right from the room, to the service and the hygiene, everything is perfect The food spread has lot of options and they are quite considerate for allergies. Alban our server was attentive and so did all the other staff And yes, the pillows are indeed the fluffiest. All in all, recommended!

Pros: Location: Very close to the Mumbai International Airport (15 minute drive). Also accessible to business and recreation areas. Rooms: Spacious, clean, and modern with amenities like in-room dining, air conditioning, and a TV. Some rooms have a city view from the rooftop pool. Service: Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Food: Delicious breakfast buffet with a good variety of options.

Best at everything from breakfast to dinner. The service was amazing including the staff and chef. The food was exquisite in particular and the decorations were upto par. The people were very supportive and clear on the tasks and were helping throughout

Amazing Property Great service experience Staff is very calm helpful and well trained . Food is very tasty banquet services are always upto mark. Since now more than 10 years we are doing programs in Hotel Mirage very much satisfied with their service. Staff Surendar,Ishwar are extremely helpful .other co staff too Dinesh and Nafis. Special Mention to Kaustubh Banquet manager always upto mark for banquet and stay services.
