我們在寒冷的瞬間來到了上級玻利尼西亞人的房間，衹需要走開，在商場裏冬眠，那裡有很多活動要做，衹是假裝我們在溫暖的地方。我們地板上的裝飾絕對完美，使我們像在夏威夷一樣跌倒。我們要求提供微波爐，並且在辦理登機手續時立即將其交付。我什至收到一條短信，詢問在頭一兩個小時內一切進展如何。從那時起，我有任何疑問，我都發送了簡短的短信，並始終得到及時答覆。這太棒了。肯定會再呆在那裡

I frequently stay at this hotel which is my favourite in Edmonton. Over more than a decade and hundreds of nights, the this hotel consistently overperforms all the others. regardless of the season or arriving after midnight, there is always a warm welcome by the many staff that I know. Great things start at the top and the manager is available and always helpful should the need arise. Although I could mention the names of most of the staff who provide such great service, I mention Manpreet as the person at the front desk that I have known for years, who is outstanding and dedicated to her work. On occasions when I have needed something extra, she is more than willing to help and does so in a highly efficient manner. The rooms as well appointed and comfortable with bar fridge to keep your take away food and a coffee maker and microwave. I request the top (8) floor and staff do their very best to place me in the same room during my stays. The rooms are immaculately keep by staff who put their heart into their work, beds very comfortable with good reading lights and desk and climate control is also top standard and well supported by staff. Coming in at odd hours from the airport is very convenient being just a 15 min drive. There is heated underground parking for winter which is a must in the winter. Honestly you simply can't go wrong staying here. As a world traveller experiencing a multitude of hotel properties, The Four Points, Gateway is a notch above the rest and is like staying in a hotel at 3 times the price.

Underground heated parking for cars, midsize suvs! Outdoor parking as well. All parking is free. This is a really nice quiet place to stay on the south west side of Edmonton. It is very new. I appreciated the: underground heated parking, the cleanliness, the bed and many pillows. I liked that the breakfast is included and served on the main level. I like that my room has a microwave, small fridge, and Keurig coffee. Complimentary coffee on the lobby level during the day. I like that they have a long bench with coat rack as well as closet. I like the large TV. I like that it is so close to great shopping and restaurants in Windermere community. It’s also right near Anthony Henday freeway. But note: I didn’t know they had underground parking until I read someone else’s review. I had messaged IHG and I was advised there was no underground parking at this location. So I called directly. Yes - there is free heated underground parking! (Not for large trucks though). Underground parking is SO important in a winter city! I highly recommend this hotel.
