Great lobby and staff, and a fantastic restaurant. The food was incredible.
Went to lay in bed to have a great nights sleep and encounter THE worst hotel bed I have ever experienced. In the most expensive suite available. A bed that should have been in a dumpster…The bed was only half usable. One side was a big divot, broken springs coils, as if someone had slept in the same place for 25 years. I was honestly impressed with this hotel up until that point.
The one thing hotels should strive for is a comfortable sleep/bed. Everything else should be secondary. Not in this case. Far from it. We stay in Edmonton quite frequently and this will be the last time we stay at the Four Points (Which is unfortunate because the restaurant was truly incredible)
