埃德蒙頓的 3 星級飯店

很棒的酒店，優越的地理位置，非常友好的工作人員！一年前我們住在這裏，非常喜歡它，我們下次來埃德蒙頓時又回來了。我們喜歡一切，現代的套房布置得很好。我們利用了廚房！浴室乾淨漂亮。我唯一的批評是隔音效果可能會更好。

攜程網評此酒店“差”，懷着不安的心情訂了此酒店-因酒店處於市中心 -地鐵公交通便利 -去《H》意大利餐廳很方便-有機場到酒店巴士，所以明知差評也訂了。但，漂亮的機場酒店巴士18元單程送到酒店門口-前台接待是位華裔帥哥，説國語 熱情洋溢介紹酒店設施-游泳池健身房在27層頂層-風景很好並給我的房間升級到20層。之後還幫我預訂去卡爾加裏的灰狗巴士車票，值得大大的點贊👍 這個酒店在攜程網顯示是五星級酒店，但在谷歌地圖顯示是四星級酒店。但這酒店房間設施還是不錯的，洗澡水龍頭出水很好，完全顛覆原來的認知。而且這兩天黃昏都看到有華人旅行團入住，附近有唐人街-儘管不大並感覺治安不好但“大家樂”出品不錯，特別飯後糖水非常棒！芋頭西米免費任吃-俺連喝三碗！幾乎扶牆離開“大家樂”餐廳！圖3《H》意大利餐廳也在唐人街附近，出品極棒，環境很好，值得4.6分！

酒店價格還可以。我們住在那裏,因爲酒店提供了“醫療費率”,靠近醫生辦公室。在那裏,我們被不同的第一民族團體接近,無論是在停車場還是在酒店大堂。每次都要求錢和/或香菸,當我沒有給他們要求的東西時,他們用Fing.....和手指手勢罵我。就酒店去的,還可以。我再也不會因爲掛的人的行爲而住在那裏在那邊。

由於我們的旅行行程發生了意外的變化,我在元素埃德蒙頓西部進行了最後一分鐘的預訂,因爲冰場公園道關閉了半天,我們無法在沒有漫長的駕駛日的情況下到達班夫。以前住過Element,所以有點知道該期待什麼。到達後,我記得Element使用的獨特氣味,我很喜歡。入住很快,簡單友好,我們的房間挺大,適合5人。像所有其他元素一樣,它有我喜歡的漂亮,簡單,歐洲的樣子。牀很軟,很舒服。還利用小廚房重新加熱了一些晚餐剩菜。我們的房間確實面向高速公路,所以我們確實聽到了道路噪音 - 不是我經歷過的最差的道路噪音,但肯定明顯。我測量了WiFi速度在30Mbps周圍,挺不錯的。早餐在這裏很簡單。定期吐司,一份肉(香腸),一份土豆菜(散熱棕色),幾種穀物選擇,燕麥片,酸奶,全果和雞蛋準備點。要喝,你可以選擇咖啡,茶,橙汁,蘋果汁或水。建築與福朋相連,所以不確定是否有共享設施,因爲我沒有使用。入住期間停車充足。總的來說,酒店滿足了我對Element的期望。不錯,現代,乾淨。服務很好,只希望早餐有品種,但還是不錯的住宿。

Had a 3 nights booked at the hotel The second night, the central AC died while the town was in the middle of a heat wave, with temperatures near 90 (30c) outside. Temperature in the room was around 78 (24c) upon returning to the room after dinner. I had a terrible sleep, as the temperature kept rising through the night and in the morning it was at 82 (26c). I complained to the front desk and was awarded on the spot 15 000 Marriott Bonvoy points! I was told that the situation would return to normal by the end of the day. Upon returning from business day, it wasn't fixed and the temperature in the room was 86 (28c). Went back at the front desk and was told that the crew was still working on the issue and that everything should be fixed soon. Went out with my colleagues for dinner and when we got back, the situation was not fixed yet. The machine was fixed, but it needed to be filled with the cooling gas, then some tests would be required, etc... There was no way I would stay in my room under those conditions. I had 2 colleagues there as well and I was paying for all rooms. The front desk person kept apologizing for the situation and I replied that apologies were accepted, but it would not help me getting some much needed sleep. I asked her if we could be relocated. Her first answer was no, but I did not gave up and after 1-2 minutes, she told me that she would talk with her manager. When she returned, she told me that we could all go to our rooms and that they were making calls to inquire about relocations and that we would be called back asap. After 10 minutes in the room, got a call back with the good news that we were relocated to a Four Points by the airport (as we were leaving the next day anyway) and that the hotel would take care of the cab fee to get there. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the outcomes. Out of a very tough situation, the personal on site was effective in finding a solution that was quite acceptable. The hotel itself was pleasant and the staff very friendly. They had to deal with a situation they had no control over it and make me a happy customer.

Excellent customer service. There was a restaurant on sight, loved how the hotel was pet friendly even though I didn’t bring a pet, also there was a pool looked really nice didn’t swim and the beds were ever so comfortable. Hope to stay at the hotel again in near future for much more longer days I quite enjoyed my short stay.I highly recommend!!
