Room floor have dust . No facial tissue. No brush & paste. Door lock is not working properly. Lot of problems.

我們住宿期間停電了。糟糕的是，他們沒有代碼，就出口標誌、樓梯間等任何地方的燈光而言，沒有備用發電機。我當時正在洗澡，水剛剛關掉的時候也接了起來。他們沒有提供我任何水。我不得不去冷水池沖洗。他們沒有提供任何信用。我打電話給公司要求報銷。

飯店很好，工作人員很有禮貌。然而，深夜時分，孩子們在走廊上跑來跑去，大喊大叫，敲門。這是在一樓。前台人員不可能沒有看到或聽到他們，但他們什麼也沒做。這是不可接受的。

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre très propre et bien aménagée un plus pour la machine à café Keurig. Un déjeuner très satisfaisant avec un autre plus des brioches à la cannelle. La seule chose que l’on pourrait ajouter serait des contenant à recycler.

The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. The only issue for us was that our room was next to the interstate highway and the noise from the transport trucks was so loud, it kept us up all night. The hotel did not put good quality windows in which was a huge mistake. I would not stay here again for that reason. We tried turning the fan on in our room but it wasn’t working properly so the fan only stayed on for a few minutes before shutting off.

I enjoyed the breakfast. Clean environment. Friendly staff. I was very disappointed when i found out the pool was closed which was the whole purpose for the trip but unfortunately i did not read the disclouser ahead of time that the pool was closed. Aside from that there werent really any other issues.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice indoor pool, staff was courteous and helpful. Check-in and out were quick and smooth. I have only good reports about this hotel. 5 stars!

The place was clean, the complimentary breakfast options were good, and the staff were amazing and totally flexible upon special requests. Saved a ton a money from not staying at those expensive resorts and close to Jack Frost/ Big Boulder Ski Mountain.
