Mi habitación estaba recién remodelada, todo lucía limpio y bonito. En general se ve bonito y cuidado tanto al interior como el exterior. Un jardín muy bonito. El chico de recepción es muy amable. Nos atendió muy bien. No me gustó que una de las noches hicieron mucho ruido de una habitación cercana y no dejaron dormir. El desayuno no es muy variado, lo basico, pero no hay huevos☹️

Cómoda y muy bonita

We had a suite with a balcony overlooking a pond with a little alligator, birds, ducks and a rooster. It made us feel like we were out in the country. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony in the mornings and evening s. The continental breakfast consisted of waffles and cereal. We were very disappointed in the choices so ended up going out to breakfast every morning.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Wish we’d stayed longer, definitely planning a longer stay next time.

This hotel needs to be updated! On a good note, the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. Our first room smelled like a stale cigar. The king suite with a sofa bed was runned down, dark and depressing. The check in area had an unfavorable smell. I would not recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the grounds..the free range birds.plus little gator.staff had to help us change from the ,: suite to regular king room.. be honest they were both clean. I just Loved acquaint suites, with stairs..plus terrace. The pool was warm,heated with salt water..I enjoyed our stay , very much. .I have pictures not use where to send..

Rooms were freshly remodeled & were very nice & clean the outdoor space & pool area were very tranquil & pretty. Close to the ****** and fairgrounds. The staff was friendly and helpful

I liked how clean was everything at this place. The bathroom and shower worked very well, it seems they have renovated this suit and are still in that process. The bedding clean with good pillows. We didn't like the arrangement inside the suit. The bed was located upstairs with a stairs going from the living room to the open bedroom upstairs. To carry luggages upstairs would be a problem because the stairs are narrow and not comfortable. The lights in the kitchen and downstairs very poor, but in the bathrooms very nice and bright. The suit was located on the second floor of the building and was large enough for three people I would say. It has one half bathroom “downstairs “and one full bathroom upstairs, two TVs and a kitchen with a table at the entrance of the suit. The TV downstairs didn’t work and no phone to call front desk. The AC unit was very noise working like every 1 to 2 hours that I couldn’t sleep, so I had to turned it off. The breakfast very poor, just the essential: no fruits, but it has waffles. The staff was kind and location perfect for us who attended to the state fair. I wouldn’t book a suit again. I prefer the regular rooms located on the first floor of the building that have the bed on the first floor as the front desk person said the next day at our checkout.

I was disappointed because bed was sunken in in the middle bed frame was broken mattress was hard and very uncomfortable blood stains on comforter box spring was filthy there were roaches in my room this was horrible stay for my birthday I left early. Coffee watered down not enough variety for breakfast. My room was by the door where i heard people coming in all night. No sleep

The phone didn’t work, we asked for our room to be cleaned and it didn’t get cleaned hidden fees, dusty no storage. No closet, floo was filthy had on pink footies and the bottoms were black just walking around the room,no information on WiFi receptionist had bad attitude bad energy! Will Never stay there again!

The breakfast was very basic. No eggs, meats or potatoes. Just waffles that you make yourself and cereals. Definitely needs improvement. We could not get the TV or wifi to work either. Big disappointment.

Nothing like the pictures. Room was old and run down: Laminate floor had a huge dent and falling apart. Bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Thin walls. I only stayed for 1 night so I was able to put up with this experience. Friendly staff though.

The only thing I have to complain about is that the beds are not very comfortable, other than that I have no issues.

It’s was nice and clean. Loved the fountain courtyard and had a great lake view with balcony.
