Mi habitación estaba recién remodelada, todo lucía limpio y bonito. En general se ve bonito y cuidado tanto al interior como el exterior. Un jardín muy bonito. El chico de recepción es muy amable. Nos atendió muy bien. No me gustó que una de las noches hicieron mucho ruido de una habitación cercana y no dejaron dormir. El desayuno no es muy variado, lo basico, pero no hay huevos☹️

The staff were very friendly and helpful with my needs. The only negative thing was a rooster growing at 1 - 3:30 am. While still dark. The facilities were very well kept by the staff.

Such a wonderful stay. Mike was extremely helpful and the property was great. A very relaxing stay.

Terrible smells throughout and disgustingly dirty rooms, hair and cigarettes left in rooms, greasy handles and surfaces throughout the kitchen, etc.. I prepaid for 4 rooms and we checked out after the first night. It was worth losing $3k to get away from this place.

Micheal was so helpful! He was able to switch our room to an accessible room after I forgot to put it in my reservation. We really appreciated his help to make it happen!!

Front desk help was awesome believe his name was mike Very clean spacious room Loved being able to sit under cover outside Breakfast could use some toast or bagels but everything was good Definitely will stay again

Loved the uniqueness of the place. The pool and gardens around it. The rooms were very clean . The architecture of the property was beautiful. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast could have been a bit better with more items ,but overall very enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and it was a safe and quiet place. Only issue we found was we felt the floors were dirty so I suggest bring slippers.

It’s a very nice property. The front desk employee is very nice but the manager is not..if you reserve on 3rd party site and it says pay at pick up but because it is the weekend they will try to charge the card on file. I spoke to the manager and I explained to her that you need to speak to me first before you charge my card and she is very rude. I explained she need to speak to ******* if she wants the money right away when it is time to book. Overall it is a nice spot very convenient to Hardrock Tampa ****** but the manager is wrong
