經濟實惠 經停再適合不過了

The room I was assigned had bed buds, then the second room I was moved too had issues with the tv. The man at the front counter said there was nothing he could do about the tv. I was told I’d get a refund for the inconvenience of getting bit by bed bugs, I never received a refund. I was covered in bites from bedbugs from head to toes that I ended up in the emergency room. I can say I won’t be returning .

Arrived at 2:22pm and they wanted to charge me an extra $50 to check-in before 3pm! Room was ready, I am a 76 year old disabled weary traveler…..NO gracious hospitality! Also single-ply toilet paper…ugh.

The receptionist never showed up at the desk, and there was a man sleeping on the couch in the lobby!

Nice quiet location, just wish this was a better place to stay. We are a one and done with Comfort Inns & Suites

Had a non flushable toilet that never was fixed after asking . Was forced to pee in the bath tub

Rudest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered! Will never stay at a Comfort Inn & Suites again.

Building is old and needs TLC. The breakfast was not up to other hotel standards.

Double booked the room and had a stranger walk in

Super clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was the standard… don’t expect much. 2 queen room was a good size. Nothing special. Convenient location.

Whenever I’m traveling in NW Ohio, this is where I stay. Everything one would want/expect from a nice hotel but that isn’t why I continue to stay here. It’s the people! Best staff around, very professional, yet awesome friendly.

It was nice hotel. The staff was friendly. Not much for restaurants in walking distance. The one I could walk was pretty good.

Hotel and room was very nice and clean. I would love it if every hotel had walk-in showers, as we dislike stepping over the tub to get in. Great location, right off the turnpike. And they had plenty of towels! Some places are so stingy with them. We decided to skip the breakfast, as it didn't appeal to us. We have family and friends in Toledo, so we go a couple times a year. We definitely will stay at this hotel next time.
