It was a very bad experience ...actually speaking the rooms were good .. we stayed there from may 4th to 9th of may 2025..we were 2 families and took 4 rooms.. they told us initially that room you can opt your room among these 4 rooms and its okay...everyday they were cleaning the room but I could see a matchstick from day one of our check in and it was the till day 5.. what kind of cleaning they were doing ..but the restaurant was good and food was okay.. one thing we have to say is an incident happened on the last night we stayed..on 8th of may 2025 night we were eating in a hotel near by. One of my friends and his brother who were staying in these rooms went to keep the luggage in room.. but the key was not working... so my friend sent his brother downstairs to the reception for help.. but the receptionist named Mr ATUL was very harsh towards him saying that he was not staying in the room and he was a visitor..so my friend also came down and explained to him that he was one of the occupants of these 4 rooms.. my friend said him that they didn't allot any specific room ..they just gave us four rooms ...but even after understanding the situation he was very arrogant towards us.. we were with children and old people and they were very tired but still he deactivated the keys of all rooms..after talking to his boss only he activated the keys... all throughout the situation he was too arrogant towards us.. this incident destroyed the mood for our Dubai trip.. never ever recommend this hotel to anyone ..we spoke to our tour operators klaashara tours and travels also about this thing... I was planning to call even police if they delayed our entry into rooms because our children were crying and work tired too..Even their boss was arguing to us..too bad experience.
