Homewood Suites by Hilton Mobile - East Bay - Daphne

Morgan was working the front desk when I showed early. Friendly and helpful, she was apologetic that a room wasn't available even though I was early. The next day, Mandy was working the breakfast bar and I showed up at 9 (late), but she helped me to still get breakfast including making a waffle for me. Friendly, helpful people make any stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you for the 5-star trea**ent. As for changes, my room had an air condition unit that was loud.

Upon check in the front desk waa amazing. Helped us pick a restaurant and was just super sweet!!

The checking process was too slow. It took us about 15 minutes to checking. The front desk manager said all systems were behaving incorrectly.

Very close to activities we wanted to do. Staff were very helpful with our questions.

The property was great it was a quick check in after I had to deal with a issue that was not the fault to the hotel. Breakfast was ready on time fresh and hot. The king room was a great size gave me everything my wife and I needed. But the down side you can tell the hotel staff only cleaned where they was able to see from a quick eye meaning they cleaned the form of shelf not going to the back I didn’t want to lay my stuff there and the bed was rock hard my wife and I didn’t get the best of sleep.

Very quiet yet nearby to shopping and restaurants. Staff helpful. Breakfast had good variety of options and area kept clean.

There were several signs that said vending, but no vending machines. The breakfast area was very small and cramped, especially for the number of people there. The hand soap does smell really nice.

Great place to stay for our family of four. Walking distance to restaurants was a bonus!

Hotel was VG but service was maarginal. Had to ask 3 times to finally get soap for the bathroom and the dishwasher or fridge was leaking in the kitchette
