坎昆裡維埃拉現在自然飯店的評論

食物很糟糕，週末只吃薯條和鱷梨醬。很多限制：游泳池 8 點關閉，禁止房間聚會或聚會，早餐 11 點關閉（咖啡廳全天開放，提供果汁、咖啡和糕點）。隔壁的酒店正在建設中。如果您在物業邊緣的房間裡，請準備好在早上 6 點之前通過錘擊和嗶嗶聲醒來。

Es una propiedad bonita, lastima del servicio del personal principalmente en la alberca del pool ya que el servicio es malo y más si eres mexicano ya que no te quieren atender si no les dejas propina. de nada sirve tener la categoría VIP en esta propiedad ya que no hay manera de que te reconozcan, en esa misma área se robaron las sandalias de mis hijos y hasta el día de hoy no me han podido dar respuesta. Es sorprendente que en una propiedad de esta categoría suceda este tipo de cosas, en todos mis viajes jamás me había pasado algo de está manera.

No me respetaron la habitación por la que pague, yo pague una suite presidencial con alberca y acceso directo a la playa y me dieron una suite con u. Jacuzzi y en el octavo piso.

Super endroit. Beaucoup d’activités et de divertissement. Familiale. Aucune réservation pour les restos. J’ai adoré.

This hotel was amazing, lots of entertainment and fun for the kids. Food was great and the pools were all heated. Not like some other resorts we stayed at in Cancun.

Property was amazing. Staff and activities for kids 10/10. Food was good on its way towards great. So much to do and experience, would recommend for families and would consider returning again vs trying a new location.

Constant construction noise . No water in room on last day and not offering any compensation at all. The food very average specially at buffet. Only 2 restaurants offered good dinner . Not much options for breakfast except buffet or if you were preferred guest . Not enough room in pool area. Small resort in compare to other resorts we have stayed in.

The property itself is very nice and the staff to traveler ratio is excellent. My biggest complaint is overcrowding. There were never enough chairs for people to sit on, and we were always wall-to-wall next to people. Also, the entertainment room is so loud, that it is not enjoyable.

Spent 4k to upgrade to presidential suite and did not recieve the pictured room. Absolutely 0 benefits to be in presidential suite. Waste of money feel decieved frok pictures

The property was fine, small maps hard to read. Staff was mediocre, had no personality, and when we asked for something we had seen another customer get for dessert we were told we couldn’t get it as it was only for people at the hibachi, and you have to make a reservation which is impossible. And we were preferred members. I was mostly sad by the staff they looked like they hated being there.

Construction in the pool area - blocked the view and made it difficult to get from one place to another. Construction noise was disturbing while trying to relax at the pools. We should have been made aware in advance and given a discount for being in a construction zone.
