真是個好地方 - 乘坐出租車/ GRAB 出城需要 100,000 越南盾，或者租用自行車需要 5,000 越南盾 - 在 Circle K 刷卡，一個賬戶可以租多輛自行車。停在 TNGO 車站。

我們在其中一間海濱平房住了 3 晚。住宿沒有問題。 早餐很好——你可以點現做的河粉和自助餐，有很多選擇，但更多的是越南風味的食物，但我建議早點去。 我們住在那裡的三天裡，海濱很乾淨（垃圾是買來的，但第一天下午海水就清理乾淨了），水很漂亮。海灘上的樹木之間掛著4張吊床。炎熱的時候，有樹木遮擋陽光是件好事。 工作人員很樂於助人，儘管英語說得有限。 距離 Bar2000 和新渡輪碼頭（我們在那裡時不開放）步行約 5 分鐘，步行 15-20 分鐘即可到達鎮上的大多數餐廳/迷你超市。

絕對寧靜的海灘平房。工作人員非常樂於助人，餐廳不錯，唯一的缺點是早餐，如果您不吃越南早餐，幾乎沒有其他選擇。可以在現場租用踏板車

Heerlijke bungalows direct aan het strand voorzien van alles maar redelijk eenvoudig. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk vertoeven hier!

Nous avions fait le choix de cet endroit pour l’emplacement et le côté simple des bungalows qui nous plaisait en photos. Arrivée dans un bâtiment lugubre d’aspect administration (à côté de cet établissement nos centres des impôts et autres lieux similaires sont cosy et bien meublés !) Nous apprenons que notre chambre est dans le bâtiment principal et non pas en bungalow … si l’on souhaite être upgradé c’est 200 kVdn de plus par nuit mais tous les bungalows sea views sont pris ce sera donc un garden… qui se trouve en fait être sur la dernière ligne donc proche route avec le restaurant à côté … sic Côté déco et ameublement rien n’a changé depuis les photos de 2011 meme pas les matelas (je suppose) vu leur confort …. On se croirait dans un appart au ski des années 70/80. C’est spacieux certes mais vétuste et mal entretenu… La salle de bains Mouais bof… ça fera l’affaire … Contrairement à tous les autres hôtels faits depuis le début de notre périple de 3 semaines c’est la première fois que nous voyons des gens aussi peu investis et pas du tout accueillants ni même sympathiques. Zéro échange et le niveau de service est identique. Le petit déjeuner est ignoble… même pas sur les choix car ça il y en a, mais sur la qualité des produits … immangeables On ne peut même pas dire que ce soit une question de prix puisque nous avons payé 140€ pour 2 nuits (ce qui est relativement élevé au Vietnam) Bref le but de cet avis n’est que de vous éviter des déconvenues et non pas de cracher dans la soupe

We had a beach bungalow, which we highly recommend. You open the doors and step on a bounty beach with palm trees, amazing! However, rooms were rather outdated and windows and doors didn’t fully close, so lots of bugs in the room and some moult in the shower. Breakfast was good, definitely if you like Vietnamese breakfast. Rather early though, and in general a lot of noise till late (11pm) and early morning (from 6am). So little too to sleep. Bar and restaurant of the hotel have slow staff, don’t see you at all, not much inspiring food. Bar at the beach is really good though. All in all, we think the resort is located on the best beach of Con Dao (and cleaned from the loads of plastic you see elsewhere), you have a scenic place close to city Center and with the beach bungalows you’ll love this place.

This is not a resort, it is a hotel on a lovely beach. There was not even a banana chair in sight or anything else you might relate to a resort. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow and they are in serious need of a huge overhaul. As for the beachfront, it needs to be cleaned up, and de-littered. I’m sure the breakfast was probably good in Vietnam terms, but as everything else was so shabby I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Con Dao is a lovely little island and this place is a disappointment.

There is NOT A POOL! False advertising. Staff are not helpful, breakfast is ant/bug infested and not kept warm. Buffet at breakfast is never covered and unappetizing. Service poor. Coffee sitting for hours. Only good thing is the beach. Stay next door where they actually have the pool that this place claims to have

Hôtel directement sur la plage. Services très courtoises et rapides. Chambre un peu vieillotte mais de grandeur adéquate. Chambre ayant accès directement à la plage. La plage est calme et très plate, donc, idéale pour les familles avec enfants.Lever de soleil en face de la chambre. Très calme.Petit-déjeuner avec mets vietnamiens variés et items standards européens. Service de location de scooters sur place et fiable.Souper au restaurant de l'hôtel bon. Pas de coffret de sécurité mais on sent que c'est sécuritaire. Comme le système d'eau chaude est chauffé par le soleil, souvent l'eau chaude n'est plus ou pas disponible.Un peu éloigné du centre-ville mais à distance de marche (J'ai loué un scooter durant toute la durée de mon séjour, donc, c'est à 3 minutes en scooter)

Large tiled Reception with stark white walls and almost no furniture gave sterile, unwelcoming 1st impression. This continued to the room, also large but minimally furnished with only 1 hard chair and nothing on the walls. Even the staff uniform was unattractively businesslike. Room had kettle but no tea or coffee. Coffee at breakfast seemed to have been stewing for hours and there was no fresh fruit juice. Redeeming feature is that it is on the beach but so are many other hotels in Con Dau.

1. Quá nhiều tiếng ồn, một khu nghỉ dưỡng mà từ 5h30 sáng đã cho phép tổ chức sự kiện với loa kéo di động ồn ào từ bờ biển vọng thẳng tới các phòng đang nghỉ. Tiền là trên hết? Ai làm ồn cũng ok? Tới khi nói với nhân viên lễ tân thì cũng không có ý nghĩa gì. Đám đông sự kiện (của một công ty nào đó thuê nghỉ ở đây sáng ngày 11/6/2022) rất lố lăng, kệch cỡm, từ sáng 5:30 tới 8 giờ hơn vẫn loa đài rình rang TO HẾT CỠ. TSNCĐ cũng mặc kệ các khách khác bị TRA TẤN bằng tiếng ồn. Tôi coi đây là trường hợp COI THƯỜNG khách và NGƯỢC ĐÃI khách hàng, vi phạm chính quy tắc của khu nghỉ. Bảo vệ thì có vẻ ghê gớm, nói to át vía khách nào hiền. Còn với đám choai choai cắn thuốc, bay lắc cả đêm (từ 10h30 tới 2-3 giờ sáng) khiến các phòng kế bên người cao tuổi không ngủ được; thì bảo vệ không có ý kiến gì??! Đêm hôm đó (đêm ngày 9/6 rạng sáng ngày 10/6/2022), người cao tuổi không ngủ nổi, dậy đi trong khuôn viên tìm các bảo vệ thì thấy cả hai ông bảo vệ đang say ngủ. Đám thanh niên bay lắc xong thì trả phòng check out luôn n*** trước khi trời sáng hẳn. Hỏi thì bảo vệ lẫn lễ tân, nhân viên cứ im ngơ ngác. Cả khu resort mà như không có ai đứng ra chịu trách nhiệm với khách, để cho khách chịu trận. SỐNG CHẾT MẶC BAY. 2. Khu phòng "Tiêu Chuẩn Mới" chỉ đáng như phòng trọ mà giá cao, ồn ào tiếng đập cửa và tiếng người đi lại ở hành lang ồn ào, đập cửa thình thình. Chăn ga nhàu nhĩ như không giặt, không thay mới, thể hiện sự coi thường khách tới nghỉ. Quá đắt cho những gì khách nhận. Khu nhà vệ sinh của các bungalow thì không đủ vệ sinh, cũ và cần nâng cấp. Thiết kế lạc hậu, rèm phòng thô cứng như bìa gây bí bách, cửa kéo cọt kẹt gây mất ngủ. Nền nhà vệ sinh (bungalow hướng biển) bị nhớp nháp, buồng tắm trông tối tăm ẩm thấp như nhà tắm chung ở các khu tập thể thời bao cấp. 3. Rất nhiều muỗi. Phòng ngủ muỗi bay vo ve mà không chuẩn bị được màn cho khách? 4. Bát đĩa dùng để ăn sáng cho khách hãy còn dính nước ở bề mặt, nhớp nháp dầu mỡ chưa rửa sạch. Đầu bếp đứng quầy để múc nước dùng cho khách thì quát khách, cha mẹ ơi ở đâu có kiểu resort nào nhân viên quát cả thực khách thế không. 5. Quên món của khách, làm quá lâu và khách phải nhắc nhiều lần mới có đồ ăn. Khách gọi rau củ kho quẹt thì rau củ luộc ra trước 30 phút (sau 40 phút chờ đợi), kho quẹt ra sau khi rau củ đã vơi rồi. Đồ ăn thì không ngon, rau xà lách rách tả tơi hoặc mủn ra rồi vẫn xếp vào khay buffet bữa sáng hoặc xếp đĩa cho khách ăn gọi món. 6. Nhân viên lễ tân thường trả treo, lúc nhận có phòng, rồi lại không có, khiến khách bức xúc. Thái độ lễ tân thường xuyên tỏ ra ngạc nhiên, rồi chối bỏ trách nhiệm về vấn đề khách đang bức xúc, rồi sau đó lờ đi và im luôn. Nếu không thay đổi được quy cách làm việc, không biết còn ai muốn đến với TSNCĐ. Với gia đình tôi thì là KHÔNG BAO GIỜ.
