Comida muy regular, camas duras, ascensores antiguos y lentos, en mi habitación exceso de calor, sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador. En general parece un hostal y no un hotel, está en buen sitio, algunos trabajadores con exceso de propotencia.

Mis amigas y yo pasamos cuatro noches en el hotel, la primera noche sufrí un cólico nefrítico, provocándome vomitos y mareos entre otras cosas, teniendo que recogerme la ambulancia y ser hospitalizada posteriormente. Cuando recibí el alta y volví al hotel me encuentro con que el vomito no ha sido retirado con totalidad, quedando un olor insoportable en la habitación. Me dirijo al dueño del hotel, el cual me dice textualmente “ el vomito es vuestro” “es lo que hay” “ no se puede limpiar mejor” Partimos de la base que el suelo es de moqueta, y ni si quiera utilizaron el aparato de moquetas ni el producto para esta misma. Tuvimos que pasar el resto del viaje con el suelo manchado y oliendo fatal, dormir con las ventanas abiertas y el ventilador puesto porque era insoportable. Me prece que es una falta de respeto,y más después de haber estado 15 horas ingresada en urgencias en el hospital. La habitación en sí tampoco estaba especialmente limpia al llegar. Adjunto fotos de las paredes. Eso sí muy céntrico.

I was impressed with the entrance lobby on arrival, it has a wonderful smell and a cozy relaxing lounge area (without bar). I had booked a standard double room, which was a very large room with windows which you could open. It was an internal facing room, quiet and away from the main road, but no view to speak of. Although a double room, there was only one chair, 2 would have been good. The room was clean and fresh, white painted walls, but no character or personality. The bathroom was large as well, with a walk in shower and double sinks. Although the water did tend to leak from the shower to the bathroom floor. Nice shampoo/conditioner/gel in the shower - but no body lotion. Nice large fluffy towels and hairdryer with diffuser, but you had to keep a finger on the button to keep the hairdryer on, a bit awkward when trying to dry your hair. There was no mirror in the bedroom, only 2 above the sinks, neither were full length. I requested an iron and it was delivered to the room immediately, with travel ironing-board. I feel more could be done with the lounge area, this is where breakfast is taken. The tea/coffee machine sits there all day, perhaps make it available to guests free of charge during the day? The standard room had no tea/coffee making facilities. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was located close to many restaurants/bars. Overall I felt the price I paid was not entirely worth it. I was expecting something with a bit of a wow factor.
