這個酒店不錯，環境和大堂很棒，停車方便，衹是酒店早餐有點太早結束，九點已無餐可吃。

住了一週，前台服務最差的就是安娜，還特別歧視華人。6月6日晚八點，我們在綠街target買了一些日用品，當時天下着小雨，我們剛到對這裏不熟悉，就求助安娜能否請酒店派車來接一下，答應的很好，開車5分鐘的路程，等了40分鐘還沒到，再打電話説再給登記一下，多氣人😡。我們當時為了方便來接的車看到我們，就早早的在門外等着，還淋了一身雨，能不能接我們早點説，何必這麼折騰人。另外，我們辦了三次續住，兩次都是安娜辦理的，每次續住另收取我們的按金，以前的按金都要到最後退房時一起退，多次重複收取，而在第三次辦理的時候另外的服務員卻沒有收取。我也不知道這個酒店執行的什麼規定，是專門華人的嗎？活見鬼了😢😢

We have been going to Champaign for my daughter's school for the last four years and this was the first time at the hotel. I wish we would have stayed sooner. Beautiful hotel, room, and very nice service staff.

방도 크고 깔끔하고 호텔 내부도 깔끔했어요. 가장 좋았던 점은 조식이 무료인 점입니다. 아주 알차게 구성된 조식메뉴였어요!

Couldn’t stay because they weren’t up front about not accepting two dogs in a room. They said dog friendly without specifying that means one dog. We travel with two well mannered Golden Retrievers. 6 pm on a Friday night: I’m at their front desk and either I need to rent a second room for the second dog or find another hotel—on short notice. Found a really great new Hampton Inn but had to fight with this hotel continuously to get money back.

Fabulous food and the staff is amazing!! Rooms are clean and spacious!

Property is located walking distance from State Farm Center and Memorial Stadium. The entire Hotel is spotless clean and the employees are all very friendly. The Houlihans Restaurant attached has great food and drinks.But more importantly 2 ladies tending bar that were on it. Very friendly, polite and amazing at their jobs. The manager of the restaurant also was very friendly and made sure we got whatever we needed. Will stay here whenever I go to Champaign.

Stayed for three nights while visiting my mother who lives in town. The hotel and room were quiet, clean and very comfortable. There is a lovely lobby with a fireplace and nice places to sit. The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The gym is well equipped, and it was nice to use, especially on cold mornings. I expect that I was spoiled by the calm and quiet since I stayed in early December during off season. I can only imagine the hotel is much noisier and lively on a football weekend, since it is so close to the campus stadium. I would stay again, especially if it is off season.

We love the property and your staff definitely make the experience exemplary. This stay - at no fault of your hotel - we had some very noisy neighbors next to us. Upon requesting a move your staff immediately relocated us and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. That is excellent service.

Desk Staff was friendly and made for a smooth check in. Room was clean. Loved how they positioned books on the wall as a statement as well as reading material. Restaurant was okay. Menu was limited. Breakfast was good and complementary. Parking was convenient. It was a quite area and close to other stores and restaurants.

A great location right adjacent to campus, stadium, local eats, all the fixings we look for when we travel. Hotel was great and well maintained with great/friendly staff, too. Houlihan's right there is a fantastic perk, also well maintained, friendly staff and well put together breakfast for the hotel guests.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room I booked was exactly what I asked for. It nice having a restaurant attached so I didn't have to leave the hotel. The food and drinks were delicious. I can't wait to stay there again.
