Hotel is Easy to find. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is not bad.

The hotel is located in a convenient place and the staff are friendly. Room was clean and the brealkfast was hot and delicious. I enjoyed staying there. Willdefinitely book hi again if pass by.

Had a shuttle from the airport scheduled for a short ride to the hotel. Waited in the cold and rain and no shuttle so I had to pay for my own ride. The next day, the same shuttle (taxi) showed up to take me to the airport and informed me that she was sorry she picked up a better ride that made more money and left me stranded 😡. She said that she informed the hotel and the front desk said “no problem, she can take an Uber!”. 😡😡😡😡

We booked this hotel so our son could swim on his birthday on our way back home. I called on the way to the hotel and they said the pool would be open in the morning and then it ended up being closed for maintenance. They offered for us to go to a different hotel to use the pool but it was far away for us.

Front desk staff was unfriendly and very unhelpful. Booked through ******* and paid for accommodation however due to some issue with their system hotel claimed ******* didn't pay them and denied us a room. ******* apologized for the mishandling of the situation and refunded the funds and we stayed at Best Western in the same area. The service at BW was excellent and checked in minutes. Very disappointed at how this IHG location was not up to level of service I expected. There was no follow up from them about the situation and I would not risk booking here again.

The handicap room shower is dangerous. The floor is sloped away from the drain, which causes water to pool in the middle of the floor. This increases the risk of slipping exceptionally high. I will probably stay again due to the proximity to the airport, but will definitely request a non-handicap room in the future.

There were no shower caps or facial bar soaps. There were a few areas in the bathroom that could use some deep cleaning, I.e mold and maintenance issues. Because there is a truck stop across the street, it is extremely difficult to see the hotel with all the big rigs parked around it.

Clean room. Mattress was awful. Felt like a sofa bed thin mattress. Nice big bathroom. Lady at front desk was not helpful and gave incorrect advise. Hotel is situated in strange area, hidden behind truck stop/storage area. Kinda sketchy.
