Very nice hotel and had the perfect location for a Timberwolves game. Could have probably booked a cheaper hotel that was still connected by a skywalk but didn’t look into it well enough. Quite expensive.

Nice hotel, very convenient as we were going to Timberwolves game. Skywalk allowed us to go to gym without going outside. Valet parking was also convenient. No hot water. Was not informed of this at check in. When we called about it they said we should have been told. Water was never fixed during our stay and no discount or anything offered. Not a good experience when traveling with a family.

Our room was very nice as was the hotel. Convenient to get to Target Center, bars and restaurants close by. My low score is based on two things. First, I did self checkin and was told once I arrived to go to the online checkin line. Well, there wasn’t one and I waited in line for quite sometime just to pick up my keys. There were teams/groups trying to reserve rooms and multiple rooms so it took a long time. There was a gentleman behind me who was also told there was an online checkin line. They should consider doing this or take off that this is available. My second frustration was the wait staff at Cosmos. Rude and service was horrible! We asked 4 times to have water with our drinks. Finally, had to go get it ourselves. Once we got our first round of drinks no one came back to check or ask if we wanted more. Again, had to do it ourselves and the bartender seemed very put out by having to do her job. Others around said the same thing. I’m sure she was feeling overwhelmed but in the service industry politeness is important. Other than those two things I would have scored higher.

First time traveling solo (young Black woman) for a concert at Target Center and the staff was outstanding. They were so accommodating from early check in to late check out. The room service was excellent and very fast (the fingerling potato’s were AMAZING). My only wish is that my TV worked. It kept shutting off randomly every 5-10mins. Other than that, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I felt like they truly cared about me and my safety as a guest.

We have stayed here at least a dozen times in the last 20 years. Probably never again. Our VIP access rooms' windows were looking at cooling machinery on the roof. The chair's upholstery was coming off in pieces. The plumbing was broken. Among the towels one was dirty. There was only one bathrobe in the room. One reading light was broken. I was not offered any of the VIP access amenities. The staff was still kind and welcoming.

Generally a nice stay. Location is great. Room was in need of some modest repairs. Remote didnt work well. Chair apholstry was wore out. Other minor things. We were strongly encouraged to use Valet parking despite needing car at 7:15. We were told it would be waiting. The cost was $65 plus tips and we had to wait a bit for the car.

Who wakes up their guests at 8 am ? Outrageous. I called the front desk and advised to not be disturbed. An hour later it happened again. The evening staff were lovely, the day staff were arrogant and disinterested. They chase their guests away! Not reccommended. Find better.

Don’t touch anything in the room everything is a charge, and they don’t tell you and than charge your room

The app to order room service did not work, wifi did not work, ordered room service never came, the sheets were very scratchy and uncomfortable.

The hotel and staff are lovely. I wish they reimbursed for parking? It’s expensive and a tricky hassle.

Just plan on parking in the ramp around the corner. super easy but it is pricey. 68.00 for one night. was going to choose valet but it’s $125 for that.

Great hotel! Connected to the Target Center via skyway. Great food and service. We were able to check in really early. Our room was very nice and our family had a penthouse suite that was awesome. We’ll be back!

This is our go-to hotel if we want to stay overnight after going to a show at First Avenue. It’s right across the street! And we love getting in-room breakfast. It’s delish!

Enjoyed the luxury feel of the hotel, but the staff wasn't very informative at all about what the hotel offers. No room service menu in room. Great view and very clean
