Hotel is located on Lundy's Lane convenient to all the locations in Niagara falls and the highway also is pet friendly but the property is probably in the range of 60 years old and by its hockey seems that way convenient though if you're just looking for an overnight place to sleep

Got a room with a king bed and a tub. Room completely reeked like cigarettes like someone was literally smoking in there the entire time...towels were dirty and smelled, sheets and everything else smelled like smoke. People on both sides didn't stop making noise until 3-4AM so good luck sleeping. Would never stay here again even it was for free LOL

A terrible place to stay. You walk into a smelly room. They say it’s non-smoking but all you smell is cigarette. Bathroom is very dirty and poorly taken care of. There’s no fridge or mini fridge. There is no microwave or hair dryer. Towels are ripped and dirty. I was ok till people started screaming outside the rooms. I called the front desk and they did nothing about it. I wasn’t able to get any sleep at this place. Oh, I almost forgot about the terrible mattress. A WASTE OF MONEY.

Every thing is good, only the towels provided in room are old or not cleaned very well. Good staffs and easy access from Niagara falls.

Property is nice, Staff is great. Morning breakfast is very basic with limited options. No complaints at all. Over all I enjoyed my stay

Thé hotel is actually a motel with doors facing the street. The bathroom was red and there were carpet stains on the floor. When we uncovered the beds we found that the sheets had not been changed. We immediately left to change hotel. We new it wasn’t going to be high end because of the price but we at least expected something clean.

upon arrival our first room was dirty so they sent us to another room which was great, except this unit has no fridge or microwave. We had requested a pet friendly unit with parking at the door. The last night of my stay I realized the charge for the pet family room was more than expected and when I went to the desk to ask, I was advised the additional was to have parking, however, even though I requested parking at my door, at no time were we able to park at our door. The last night we were there, we advised front desk to have the person move their vehicle, it ended up being someone who actually lives within the venue. They did eventually move however, not before we had fallen asleep and by morning the same vehicle was back directly where our car needed to be to pack up and leave. The food from the restaurant is FANTASTIC though.

Front desk staff had good customer service. The room could have been cleaner, but it was not too bad. There was also some minor damage throughout the room. (peeled paint, cracked baseboard, etc.) Good value though. I would stay here again.

Paid for jetted tub, didn't work! Mgr said nothing he could do. Parties going on all night. Worst night ever.

I stayed 5 nights and staff was very friendly. Maids were also friendly. Property was clean and affordable and close to everything i needed. Will stay again.

This was a motel and we were expecting a hotel. They gave us a room at the far end where people lived. The residents would sit outside smoking. They had empty coffee cans outside those rooms for cigarette butts. Bikes and strollers everywhere. Inside, the room had a crack along the whole ceiling. Heat was not on when we got there and the room was freezing. It was a window unit and could see all the way outside as it wasn't sealed around the unit. Missing knobs on cabinets. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing for a Howard Johnson. I will never go there again.

I had asked for my room to be clean in the morning. Came back around 3:30 it still hasn’t been touched. Then finally came after 4 asked us to leave to clean the room and we were leaving again in like 45 minutes but they said they couldn’t wait that long. Gave us new towels and carried on. Jets didn’t work in the tub, my son got Al allergic reaction to what they use on the sheets and pillow cases to clean.

Neighbour was so loud in the middle of the night. Keep yelling and loud banging. Faucet and sink needs to be changed. Water wont go down right away. Tv has limites channels. Facilities are really old. Need a lot of improvement
