Poorly placed AC turned our rooftop family room into a furnace. Hotel staff's inadequate solutions, coupled with overpriced, tasteless food, limited parking, non-functional in-room phone, and ambiguous swimming pool rules, marred our stay. We felt overlooked and cheated, hence a disappointing 2-star rating.

參觀藍毘尼花園和寺廟非常方便。房間寬敞乾淨，儘管有強烈的消毒劑或類似氣味。餐廳沒有靈魂，你被「推」向自助餐選項。我們堅持選擇的點菜選項非常好。工作人員都非常令人愉快。

It is a far from the nearest Gate but it is the most decent hotels in this area. Breakfast and Dinner buffet are decent with wide selection of food. The room is fairly large and can accommodate up to 3 beds, the aircon is strong but the wifi can be erratic at times, but it is still comfortable. The bath room is large, toilet with bidet, and as decent though very minimal toiletries. The hot water at times takes a while to get hot which is a waste of water. Food at the restaurant is very good, especially on Vegetarian nights. The breakfast are equally good with wide variety of food. It is an ageing hotel and could do well with much needed renovation. Do beware this is a tourist hotel and get very busy during peak pilgrimage season.

Arrivati a Lumbini abbiamo percepito una grande miseria per cui è stato difficile anche solo girare lì intorno. Per fortuna l’hotel, che è decisamente molto bello per la zona in cui si trova, è dotato di ristorante e ci hanno permesso di magiare li. Il servizio del ristorante lascia a desiderare, abbiamo aspettato troppo e non ci sparecchiavano neppure. Tutto sommato comunque una buona esperienza. Consiglio di pagare la sera prima perché se dovete prendere il pullman la mattina all’alba nella hall non trovate nessuno.

Service of this hotel is deterioating compared tp my past visit. AC remote not available and when asked, advised to use wall switch to turn on and off. Shower not working. Food below standard for the price we pay. Garden not well maintained. Meeting hall OK but coffee was served late by an hour which affected our schedule. Location is ok. Internet is ok. Garden not well maintained. A twin bed room was assigned to me and when I asked for a double bed (I used another room with doubke bed in my last visit and that was spacious), but they seem not interested to change the room though overall occupancy idoesn't seem high. Looks like they are running the hotel with very limited staff. Needs lot of improvement.

Prime location. Most friendly receptionist and Staffs. Everything about hotel was exceptional.It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had lunch and dinner.Room itself was well equally and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

The Worst Experience I have ever had Don't ever go you will visit your worst nightmare They didn't no even clean the room. So smelly 🤮🤮 Hospitality was zero. Food was trash Staff was behaving badly

This is one of the place I feel like home while travelling to lumbini. Just a beautiful surrounding area with temple being nearby. Seeing all the changes and addition of new wings at the hotel feels so nostalgic and realise that we have been coming at this property since ages. When there was only Buddha Maya at that area. Thank you so much.

This is an older hotel and somewhat run down. They attempted to keep it clean but It was old and a bit seedy. I was unfortunately there during Diwali so there was a lot of noise outside with people celebrating. The food was adequate especially if they stuck with Nepali food rather than trying to make European food.. They had some pretty art throughout the public spaces in the hotel, The individual rooms were very plain. The gift shop had surprisingly good selections, And most members of my group bought something there. The air conditioning worked and kept the room cool. The shower was open to the full bathroom, but it did have adequate hot water if you waited to her 3 minutes.Probably I'm not as objective as I could be because we had stayed against some excellent hotels prior to our stay there
