Not a good choice for kids as the rooms are very small and old. Not very clean and the breakfast is very poor compared to the money paid.

This was a hotel change at the last minute due to booking and staying at the worst hotel ever, Extended Stay America on Orange place, Orange, OH. The Clarion took us in and and made us feel so comfortable. The beds were firm just like we like it. They had morning breakfast and the rooms were very clean. I am so pleased with the customer service as well. Thank you Clarion and Choice Hotels.

Staff was great, but property feels very dated and in need of renovations. Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. But overall ok if only for getting some rest. Bed was comfortable.

Check in and out were quick and seamless. Bed was comfy, hotel is showing its age.

The staff are friendly and professional, however, this property is outdated and there was an unusual smell throughout the room.

We stayed two nights and all of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel not updated, offered breakfast however ran out, our television didn't work but we were accomodate. We don't plan on returning.

The staff was friendly & professional.. especially Pinkey! However, the maintenance crew doesn’t keep up with fixing things. It’s just not up to the Clarion Standards.. I cannot say enough good about the staff though! Just super kind!

They don’t provide water in room. Microwave and refrigerator at not equipped. Room is clean. It took some time to turn on TV. Breakfast was good.

This hotel seems pretty well managed. Free breakfast is reliable, adequate,.. but if staying more than a few days.. boring. We were visiting from Oregon for a week, and weren’t aware some Eastern hotels had stopped servicing rooms unless asked .. this due to folks complaining of house keepers coming into rooms during the pandemic. So we had to ask for fresh rolls of TP or tissues. Overall we were happy.

Roach in the click of my hotel room and an sleet killed roach on the wall behind the TV. Called manager on got partial refund not full due to me starting in the hotel room with Live roach. They didn’t switch me till the next morning. Dust collected in the bathroom vents and light switch as well!!

It was ok itt but the bathroom tub was just slow draining
