感覺服務還可以再好一點。住了 4 晚，沒有提供客房服務來打掃我們的房間和補充所需的用品。不得不向一位正在打掃我們旁邊房間的女管家詢問額外的衛生紙和乾淨的毛巾等。 當我們要求延遲退房時，前台並沒有提供太多幫助，因為我們的航班晚上7 點起飛，並希望能延遲退房，例如下午 1 點或 2 點左右。游泳池很髒並且一直關閉。不會推薦給任何人或再次留在這裡。

This hotel has easy access to Hwy 375.
Very convenient restaurants nearby. Their breakfast is always spot on. Never been disappointed.

I would have liked the pool open n clean. It was not.
Also, we did not get our room cleaned daily.

It’s wasn’t clean bad smell in the hallway’s it wasn’t what we expected off a holiday inn I’ll give it a 1 ⭐️ and the one at sunland park doniphan park drive is a 5 ⭐️

I arrived at 6:00 pm but due to overbooking, my room was not available. How does that happen?
I was sent to a place 14 min away. This was after driving over 500 miles.
Fortunately, the manager at the first HI Express paid for my room. That was gracious of him/her. It is a shame that I was inconvenienced.
