Friendly staff, safe place to park the car, quiet area, food nearby, clean, comfortable. Throughly enjoyed the stay.

Awesome hotel!!! Very good breakfast!!

nous avons séjourné 8 nuits dans cet hôtel . Le parking est gratuit . La chambre était grande et propre . Le petit déjeuner était bien et changeait tous les jours un petit peu : le Must , on peut y faire des gaufres en forme de Texas ! L’hôtel est situé à 15 minutes des stockhyards. A proximité il y’a un bon fast-food mexicain et un jason’s deli avec des salades, soupes.. le seul désagrément que st que la chambre était faite tous les 2 jours : on a demandé à ce que ce soit tous les jours on nous a dit ok mais en fait à chaque fois c’était pas fait .

The hotel room is run down and very outdated for a Hilton. The room was dirty and terrible bedding and pillows. The price point is over double what we paid for the embassy suites by Hilton in Houston and very poor service with the night staff. The gentleman was rude and not very helpful. We got a newer hotel with many more amenities and free services for less than half the home suites price.

I liked the hot tub and pool. The breakfast in the morning was good and filling. It changes every day. Parking is $12 per day.

With all the other options in this town, I wouldn't stay here again. It actually had little to do with the accommodations and more to do with the staff. We got off to a rough start when I arrived and there was nowhere to park at the front door. Come to find out, one of the employees (mgr, maybe?) had parked in one of the two spots usually used by guests checking in. The rest of the parking was around back, but I was instructed not to park there as the lot would be painted the next day. When I commented about the distance, the front desk clerk snapped, "it's not that far". I replied that it was when I had numerous bags to carry in. Another employee (who, by the way, commented on the lack of parking out front as well), over heard our conversation and brought me a cart on which to transport my many bags. As luck would have it, my room was located at the very farthest corner from the limited parking area. It literally could not have been more inconvenient. Add that to the noisy, heavy footed upstairs neighbor, and it was an unpleasant first night. I did my best to avoid the lobby and the creepy, rude male front desk clerk for the rest of my 3 night stay. Oh, but I did notice the next morning, the same employee vehicle (large black truck) was once again parked at the front door. He couldn't be inconvenienced to park in the distant parking lot, but the guests can be? In all fairness, the other two employees I encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

The area felt safe and the staff was always courteous and helpful. Our room was comfortable and the grounds and pet area were clean and well picked up.

I enjoyed my stay. ActuallyThe sta girl was amazing. I am legally blind and the front desk lady was nice enough to show me to my room.

It was a clean hotel with a friendly staff. They offered breakfast daily (price included with room) which was pretty good. It was a safe area with plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and neat looking. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Friendly staff and great location. Room was clean and there was a ceiling fan which you never see in hotels.

I had a medical procedure done nearby, and this hotel was very convenient. Hot breakfast was great. I was a little surprised when they charged me for $12 for parking. Seemed odd for this type of hotel.
