金普頓飯店-索伊爾的評論

為了探訪親戚，選了離她們家近的酒店。每晚平均接近300美金的房價。以一個晚上2000人民幣來看，房間持續有灰塵，地毯不太清潔，有可能太多旅客，沒辦法做到位。住了4天當中，2大一小，事先告知過，但是每一天都要再次告知多提供一套浴巾。床鋪的床單不夠長，所以漏出了一截保潔墊，甚至鋪了床忘了整理枕頭…為了清潔，燈具擺到床頭上忘了放回去…諸如此類的小事。房間隔音非常不好，除了透過浴室通風管道可以三不五時聽到外面街上呼嘯而過的車聲，入住第三天有大型婚禮，隔壁客人派對到凌晨12:30，前台告知了好幾次，才作罷。 地段還不錯，靠近舊城，state capital…但是因為地處downtown，有非常多年輕人。入住第二天晚上碰到Blink182的演出，廣場，附近店家，餐廳全是歌迷，空氣瀰漫著濃濃的煙味。再來就是早餐衹能叫到房間用，沒有提供早餐的餐廳，也沒有超市（酒店不提供水，跟前台要水會有額外付費）對帶着孩子來説不太習慣也不方便。比較偏商務及年輕，Posh！酒店泳池不錯，衹可惜開到晚上7:00。對Sac夏季來説，有點早。 整體來説，這是一家適合年輕人，不適合家庭旅行的酒店。酒店的staff倒是還不錯。衹是我個人年紀較大，下次應該不會再回到這家酒店。

純商務酒店，來看kings 比賽首選，到golden one 賽場就幾十米吧，應該客隊入住也在這裏，所以有球迷等着見球星。其他的都一般，一大早就催你退房了 沒什麼吃早餐的，薩克拉門託感覺治安也一般

It was a nice place. Clean and well appointed. I didn’t see much value in spending $475 per night though. It’s just a clean hotel, and the Holiday Inn just yards away for the same price AND it has a working hot tub.

Beautiful hotel every staff member was so professional and courteous. We will always come to this hotel whenever we go through Sacramento.

Hotel is fantastic and offers a rooftop bar with spectacular views also lots of dinning and nightlife options within walking distance.

Not up to the standard I expect from a Kimpton at all. The staff was very unhelpful and didn't really seem to care at all. Often even seemed annoyed by questions.

We like the location of the property. It is next to the Golden 1 Center. The housekeeping team stopped by several times throughout our stay to restock our room. The room service was excellent; we did not wait a long time for our order. We did not like that we had to wait over an hour and a half to be checked in. Front Desk: Initially, there were only two front desk representatives when several groups were checking in. In our view, the hotel was not prepared for the number of individuals checking in. Housekeeping: The front desk did what they could; however, they blamed the housekeeping team for the delay. Housekeeping's lack of scheduling enough staff reflects on hotel management overall. Room: The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. No microwave in the suite? The suite pocket door needed oiling. Other: A fire alarm went off. After going down five flights of stairs (I am disabled), to find out that it was a test was disappointing and painful. The stairways and handrails were dirty as well.

I have no choice but to rate this property a 1 Star. I prepaid through Orbitz and when I checked in the girl at the front desk didn’t realize that I prepaid and charged me again. She said not worry as it was only a hold and drop off after I checked out. I reconfirmed at the front with the same girl when I checked out the best morning. I requested a final bill to make sure and she printed a bill only showing a charge for parking. Well the next day I look at my card and there is another charge (now 3 charges) and it it for $101.14. I called the hotel ASAP and was told it was for the mini bar WHICH I NEVER USED ONE THING FROM. She said it happens and would have the mini bar manager check again and get back to me and I have not heard back from them 1 week later!!!!!!!!! I will. Ow have to call my credit card and report fraud because I refuse to pay $101.14 for items that I did not take! I have tried to called and follow up and no response. This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a hotel.

My family and I spent New Year’s in Sacramento and chose Kimpton Sawyer Hotel to start the New Year. We made the right choice. It is a lovely hotel. The staff is amazing, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a drink and offered help with our luggage. The waiting area is very nice and cozy. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Room service is on it as is the bell man. We had two different bell men and they were both very kind. Everyone all around was very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Definitely will be a place to visit again.

I love the hotel and the customer service was top of the line since the moment I arrived. I loved the deco, location and closeness to main city locations. Definitely staying here again if I am back in the city or maybe a different location.
