I had a pleasant stay at Kosenda Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, even though I arrived quite late at night. The room was compact but thoughtfully designed, with all the essential amenities provided. I also appreciated that the room smelled fresh and clean, which made it very comfortable to stay in. Overall, a good experience for a short city stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Kosenda Hotel, Jakarta. The overall experience was truly enjoyable — from the friendly and attentive staff to the stylish and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the unique design gives it such a warm and welcoming vibe. Everything about our stay made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Jakarta!

科森達飯店真是漂亮極了。工作人員很友善，入住手續辦理得很迅速，整體氛圍也令人愉悅。我遇到了一些網路和智慧電視連線的問題，但除此之外，其他問題都不大。他們的盥洗用品和必需品都很棒，很貼心，甚至提供了指甲銼和指甲推子。牙刷也很好，不像其他飯店那樣感覺廉價。

這是我第二次入住，非常喜歡這裡的氣氛。 房間雖小，但設施齊全。 非常適合短期住宿1-2晚。 位置很好。 24小時麥當勞就在轉角處。

地理位置優越，我的意思是它位於市中心，但又不會太瘋狂，你知道，裝飾也很棒，我很喜歡這裡的氛圍，我在這裡住過幾次，這裡非常舒適，感覺就像家一樣，你知道，交通便利，可以輕鬆到達各個地方，工作人員友好，總是面帶微笑，一切都很不一樣，房間、床都很舒適，非常適合

對面有便利商店 附近也有百貨跟麥當勞 因為沒有whatsapp 所以沒有聯絡上包車的人 有請櫃檯協助打電話順利解決 格局比想像中小但是床很舒適 只是廁所不能鎖滿特別的哈哈

設施：東西齊全，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。 衞生：房間乾淨，毛巾很白，沒有異味。 環境：綠茵蒼然，植被豐富，空氣清新。 服務：待人和平，

Good location, recently stayed in smaller room. No refrigerator. Still comfortable stay and exclusive. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

It’s ok soso small room

我們選擇了下一個房間類別，希望能夠從我們的窗戶看到一些風景。然而我們沒有任何看法。當我們辦理入住手續時，冰箱裡有前一位客人留下的一些東西，玻璃上有用過的湯匙。因為我們需要休息，所以我們把垃圾放在外面。我們的浴室的排水管很小。我們通知前台，但直到早上才回覆。所以我不會向我們的客戶推薦這家酒店作為優質服務酒店。直到我們要求延遲退房至12.30並沒有被接受。兩名男性前台打電話給我們要求盡快退房，因為政府團體會來，我們要在 11.30 之前做好準備，甚至要等到 12 點。史上最差的服務 4 星。

位置非常方便！距離中心不到幾分鐘。安靜又乾淨。枕頭還可以，沒有異味，但床太小了。無線網路連線很完美。整體來說👍🏻
