Room had a musty odor in carpet. There was not soap provided on day one. Tv did not work. Parking lot had work trucks with flat tires that clearly had been there for a while. Fresh towels were given for day two.

Air conditioner did not work properly. Would not cool sufficiently. People working on their cars in the parking lot. Music turned up to loud until probably 10:00 PM. Hard to sleep.

Like - The staff was very friendly. Dislike- furniture amd shade in the room could have been replaced. Also the water on tje swimming pool was very cloudy.

The room was dirty and stinky. The pool looked gross. We found a silverfish—stains on the furniture and the walls.

We made a quick stop for the night, price was great. No complaints about anything, Staff was nice.

A nice evening stay! First room had a very powerful smell about the room but thankfully they switched our room & second room was fine. In regards to clean - it’s a hotel; you have to extend some grace - it wasn’t immaculate but there were no critters in anyway so it was a comfortable. Thank you

Overall everything was great but they charged me 2 times for the 2 rooms I reserved and I am still waiting on my money for the first charge they did. I’m not sure if I even am going to get the money.

we have been coming there for 3 years of NYE weekends the hotel is so run down compare to a year ago , we had taken a chair to another room to watch the ball drop no one could understand english enough to help us get it back to our room after our family checked out. I had several dealings with the same person over the 4 days we were there and when i asked her a question she had no clue who i was

Everyone was nice from check in to check out we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast the kids made a lot of noise but they never said anything to us we really enjoyed it.it was New Years Eve

We had a lot of trouble with the bathtub, and the door they were very nice and moved us twice by that time we didn't get any sleep.
