海濱夏日飯店(Hotel Summer Frente Al Mar)

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio, siempre vi a sus empleados limpiando, organizando, arreglando. La habitacion tiene todo lo que necesitas. Muy limpia, me gusto. El restaurante muy rico. Me comi una mojarra deliciosa. La terraza es muy bonita, tiene una vista al mar y parte de la ciudad de Cartagena muy agradable. La piscina es pequeña pero se pudo disfrutar. También desde la terraza alcanzas a ver la pista de despego del Aereopuerto lo cual en las noches al dormir escuchas los aviones muy cerca ( eso fue el pequeño inconveniente). Pero me gusto la estadia en el hotel. Una buena experiencia

Excelente servicios todos muy amigables la muchacha de los tours muy amable y dedicada y siempre dispuesta a ayudarte. La comida muy buena y fresca. Te hacen todo en el momento. La limpieza excelente

Fue ideal para una estadía de un día con el fin de madrugar al siguiente día para ir al aeropuerto. Pues queda muy cerca. Las instalaciones son cómodas y limpias, y el personal muy amable.

El hotel en general fue bueno pero, lamentablemente el personal de recepción fue muy prepotente y muy poco empaticos, en lo personal llegamos a sentir algo de burla de parte de ellos. El resto de los empleados no tengo queja.

El hotel esta bien, el personal excelente atención! Solo que muy cerca hay unos contenedores de basura y huele mal al pasar por ahí y es un acoso constante de los vendedores de tours y se molestan al no comprar! El resto todo bien

Bom atendimento, quarto muito bom, estacionamento privativo gratuito. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, é servido a lá carte e com poucas opções! O resto é muito bom!!

Hotel limpo, quartos confortáveis e água quente no chuveiro. Boa estrutura e gostamos da localização. Para chegar ao centro histórico era fácil, custo de táxi e Uber muito bom. Local seguro frente à praia. Não tinha barulho para dormir. Fácil acesso ao aeroporto. Piscina no rooftop com serviço de bar que dava uma bela vista da praia.
