Très belle hôtel

Good hotel. The parking lot was a little crowded, but I was traveling and got there late in the evening, still found a spot. Didn’t wake up in time for the breakfast so can’t speak for that. The room was clean and comfortable. So was the bed. Bathroom had nice products. The area was nice and not too far off I-95. Stayed overnight for a long road trip. Staff was polite. It’s a basic hotel, but much nicer than other ones I’ve stayed at in the area. Only downside was no extra blankets in the room, just the ones on the bed. Staff was polite and friendly.

I reserved a room for my friend and his cousins who were traveling down 95 from NY to So. Florida so they could sleep for a few hours and when they got to the property at 1AM they were turned down and went somewhere else - I will never use *******'s services again.

We travel quite a bit and this property was the nicest I have seen. The furnishings all looked perfect for the areas they were in. Lots of plump pillows, comfortable beds. The breakfast was a good variety and you could smell it the minute you got off the elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

Average stay. Breakfast was disappointing. No pancakes, no cinnamon rolls, hot bar didnt look appealing. It's the reason we choose Holiday Inn. Everything else was typical, and staff was friendly and helpful.

Lady at front desk on phone when we checked in, took us 10 minutes to get room key. Our room had people in it, had to go back to front desk to get new room. UGH!

The AC was not working and when I asked for a late checkout was told to leave by 11am

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room decor and bathroom were updated. Overall very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

By me being handicap with lemonade walking abilities . The walk to the room was far ., Handicap parking could have been better place.

Lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of luggage carts in good condition were available. Room had good working AC/heat, great water pressure and comfortable bed. Had blow dryer, microwave, mini-fridge and nice kuerig coffee maker. Room 208 was clean snd in good working order (11/2023). Breakfast was outstanding with REAL cheese eggs. Even had a machine that makes pancakes at the push of one button! This hotel knocked it out of the ballpark.

Bathroom Floors were slippery from cleaning product. Mopped ourselves and still slippery. Room smelled musty and mildew. Towels and bedding were clean. Front desk clerk overwhelmed w complaints and poor service as we checked in. Room assigned was already occupied.

The hotel was pretty much spotless. The room looked to be fairly new with nice modern furniture and bathroom accessories. The breakfast buffet was top notch, eggs, sausage, hot cinnamon buns, biscuits and gravy, a pancake machine (not waffles but pancakes!) fruit, cereals, yogurt, various juices. My only complaint would be it's about 5 miles from the highway but well worth the few minute drive.
