劍橋果園公園旅屋飯店(Travelodge Cambridge Orchard Park)

Not the easiest to find, no staff member at the desk to check us in when we arrived, dogs on the corridor at night, people running up and down the corridor til late at night/very loud. Staff didn't ask how our stay was on check out and we didn't mention the above as they seemed disinterested. The quality of stay was reflected in the price.

Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞

So you know what you’re gonna get with a Travelodge. However let’s talk about dinner. Upgrade 2 courses for £12.49 So I ordered sausage mash & peas & blood orange sorbet. A bowl of processed mash with 4 hard as leather sausages and half a bag of peas around the bowl. The first sausage I couldn’t cut Elbows out on the others. The mash was like cement. A quarter way through it, I stood up and went for a brew & kitkat in my room. No I didn’t stay for the Sorbet. #vile

Very nice hotel, location good.

The bar staff in this Travelodge is the best I’ve seen in any Travelodge service outstanding and food very good. Top bar staff Alex top man. The rooms are very high standard and always great on service to rooms whilst at work this travel lodge is the best

Fuimos a este hotel que no conocíamos. Y ha sido una agradable sorpresa. Es un hotel funcional. Las habitaciones están bien. Todo limpio. Zona tranquila. Bien insonorizado. Buen baño con ducha. Si lo solicitas te cambian las toallas, tiene ser para te y café. En fin me ha encantado y lo tendremos en cuenta para próximas cositas a Cambridge y Milton.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night, it was really easy to find, and managed to get parking outside. The room was lovely and very cosy so it was perfect for what we were after, the staff were great too and Dan went above and beyond for us when asked for some extra bits
