First time staying at this comfort inn location on my delivery route, room was great, plenty parking in back even for a box truck. Only disappointment was the eggs that tasted nasty and looks funny, but at least there are bagels available!

Great hotel experience overall. The beds were absolutely horrible, that was the worst. I anticipate a soft, semi comfortable bed but that was not the case here. Rock hard for both beds. Other than that, great stay. Decent breakfast in the morning, pool was nice but chilly, rooms were very clean. Would not personally stay here again thanks to the beds but might try other locations

Booked because we thought it had a hot tub according to ********** website. Got there and the hot tub was closed off and looks like it has been for some time.

Hot Tub is not operating. No whirlpool jets. No drinks or food in pool is ludicrous. People are paying 240.00 dollars a night for amenities. Breakfast is very good. Should have ice machines on each floor. Rooms are clean. Is the company that hard up that you cant offer a military discount every day of the year. BOGUS.

Infested with Mice! While staying in our room we noticed a mouse running to and fro behind the dresser. Called front desk. They immediately moved us to a new room. After running downstairs to get new keys, packing up all our stuff and hauling it to the new room, we found they put us in one that had not been cleaned. Back to the old room, called and they moved us again to a third floor room. This one was fine, but they promised to give us a $47 credit for our inconvenience. ********** says they never contacted them.

out of town for funeral made things much better when we arrived to easy check in well stocked with everything. the pool is ice cold but the hot tubs super hot so i wont complain. its open 6am to 11pm thats NICE ! beds clean cozy and staff so nice.thanks it took a LOT of stress away for us. may be bad situation but will definitly be better to not have to worry about our lodging at all they got us covered...

All was well during our stay with exception of laundry room having washer out of order. Desk person ended up doing our clothes in facilities machines!

Check in was fine. Room was ready.... Kind of. Toilet didn't work. Went to front desk and they fixed it. Should've gave us another room. Went for breakfast first morning at 730 and no eggs or sausage. Asked front desk if there was more and she rolled her eyes and said wait. Next morning was woken up at 500 by annoying elevator music. Got dressed to find it it was coming from another room turns out it was in the lobby. Front desk staff send like I was bothering him when I asked if the music could be turned down because I could hear it in my room. I'll skip this hotel next time through here. Mold in bathroom was also gross.

Parking lot has pot holes. Breakfast was good but could have been better.

Exhaust fan was way toooo loud in bathroom Toilet didnt flush after multiple trys The a/c fan kicked on sounded like it was gearing up to cut deli meat. Ive stayed here many many times and this time by far was the absolutely the worst time.

I selected this property for a wedding weekend due to the beautiful spa tub shown in the pictures. When I arrived for check-in, I learned that the tubs had been removed. Disappointed, I immediately cancelled our reservation and booked with a lovely hotel down the street that does actually have spa tubs in the room. Comfort inn employees assured me of a full refund since it was their mistake for not updating the pics. I've spent 3 months sending numerous refund requests only to get denied again and again. They lie and steal your money and STILL HAVEN'T CHANGED THE ERRONEOUS PICTURES. Clearly they don't care about honest or customer service. Dont stay there or trust them with your credit card info!

Was not told before check-in about satellite dish problems so no TV during the during the football playoff weekend. Fixed day of check out. Or that the pool is closed due to maintenance for the last month. The bed mattress is hard and has a metal foundation that makes loud noise when sitting down or other similar movements. I didn't have a chance to try the free breakfist or the exercise room.

Was told there would be no room service unless we asked for it, the room had been entered at least twice (without request) and his cologne was taken and maybe other items that we haven't noticed. The pool was closed
