This hotel is very cosy, clean and not too far away from the town center. BUT. It's not worth the price if you want service for your money. the hotel is "closed" quite often with no reception staff. If you call, you will be put forward to a security company, who (of course) can not answer questions you might have. The breakfast is good, but i had to tell the girl working there to refill basically everything twice. She was quite busy eating herself and talking on her cellphone.It is impossible to get hold of staff, they are never there. I now live across the street from it and used to enjoy going there for breakfast (100 kr) but can't do that anymore since it's always closed.

Commençons par les choses positives, et il y an a. L'hôtel est correctement tenu par des georgiens qui ont aussi un restaurant dans l'hôtel, cela change, c'est bon mais ce n'est pas donné, comme partout en Suède. Le personnel à l'accueil est très porté de bons services, et est très ennuyé quand un problème se pose, et il y en a ! Les chambres sont minuscules, lit simpl un peu mou, salle de bains correcte, peu de place por se retourner et poser ses affaires. PAs de climatisation, il fait 30 degrés dans la chambre, et pas de ventilateur. Il a fallu supplier la réception, et encore, cela ne fait que brasser l'air chaud, et bruyant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très varié, foule de choses toutes meilleures les unes que les autres...Et copieux. Tout est très bon, il y a du chaud, du froid, de la charcuterie, mais pas de viennoiseries en dehors des donuts. Dommage. Très bon café et jus de fruits. Mais le gros problème de cet établissement est la réservation d'une place de garage qui n'est pas confirmée. Le garage peut être finalement trouvé pour 15 euro par jour, à condition de changer de places tout les jours. Et là, franchement, c'est dramatique. Difficile à trouver, les voitures ne peuvent pas manoeuvrer à l'intérieur, quand les voitures d'à côté sont mal garées, et encore, on ne peut pas sortir de la voiture. En voulant m'échapper de ce sinistre endroit, j'ai arrach éune portière, il va y avoir de gros frais. Je me suis fait rembourser les 50 euro versés et ai payé une place dehors, mais difficile en vacances à quelle heure on va partir, et surtout la dame qui relève les compteurs passe souvent. De plus, si on rentrevers 18 heures, i; n'y a plus une place, il faut se garer en un endroit interdit. CATASTROPHIQUE. De plus, il y a rien à voir à Göteborg, c'est bien pour le passage vers le magnifique Bohusland, et l'hôtel est loin du centre, et c'est compliqué d'y aller, de toute façon pour rien.

Hotel gave us no key code for door was left outside in the cold. Gave us wrong key for the key box spent 30 mins on the phone to get the right code to get key from key box. Shocking service. Upon check out told we could leave our bags but reception closes at 8pm. Arrived back at 7pm to collect bags and front door was locked. We went inside and reception was closed and our bags were left in the middle of the lobby where anyone could take them or take out our contents.

We did not sleep good at this hotel, OK rooms. but the beds had very soft mattresses, which gave us a very bad sleep. Apart from that it was a cozy hotel with history and had lovely and delicious breakfast buffé.

Two colleagues and I went to Gothemburg over an extended weekend and this is where we stayed. Some events I consider poor service, such as 1/2 key cards functioning, and towels not being changed between nights. Other things, such as the reason I had two key cards, is probably not considered acceptable to any traveller. Our choice of booking service, and hotel, lost my colleagues booking. Reciepts and confirmations aside. As we arrived, one of my colleagues was not granted his booked room. My colleague was offered the choice of sharing a double with me, at no discount, or sleep on the streets. I recieved no compensation for this, apart from my colleague's, in equal measure, entertaining and horrifying snoring. From my prespective, this place and booking dot com, are not trustworthy. In addition, they offer no compensation for potentially disastrous mistakes such as this one. I really do prefer writing positive reviews, but fair warning is due in this case.

I was warm welcomed even though arrived by reception closure due to trains drastic delay. Very cozy room and rather big, antique furniture, kettle in the room. Breakfast variety is amazing. Georgian restaurant offers delicious food from 16.00, almost authentic

.. not again. Decided to give this place a chance after more than a hand full of stays, during more than a decade, Reception close after 7PM, room is very tired, restaurant and bar closed Sunday, elevator scary, breakfast is no longer something you enjoy as previously, service in the morning was nonexistent. And then some.. Do something!

Very nice hotel, with a restaurant/pub connected. Georgian cuisine, we had excellent experience there. Public parking lots available in the area, easy payment with the app. Tram 3 minutes walking, takes you in 10min to the center.

The bathroom trash wasn’t emptied before we got there. And sewage started coming up and out of the shower drain. The hotel receptionist wanted us to wait for a handyman he couldn’t get a hold of. It was 11 pm on a Saturday and we needed to take a shower and get out. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Only after he’d been up in our room for a while was he willing to offer us a smaller room without any compensations.
