Room was good, booking was easy. But the staff was slow, and room key was not working, neither was the electronic card working. I had to wait 15 min on reception and 5 more min after reaching room for changing electronic card and key.

It was an amazing stay, everything was perfect from room to the staff members, everyone was friendly and polite, and local commute is also near the hotel so, no problem in that.

Location is very good, everything is available nearby. Room service not up to the mark, toilet very small, towel are not cleaned properly, bed sheet have spots and marks in it, not washed properly.
