伯爾尼有無線網路的飯店

Room is spacious and we were given a room in another building with a private balcony. Even though there is nothing to view from there facing building inside, the cushions and a table arranged there are good for a short stay with a cup of tea/coffee. Location is good. A bit far away from train station by walking, but still manageable. Walking distance to the old town area though. There was also an incident that the front desk was helpful. After checked out and left the hotel, we found we left a camera somewhere in the room. We went back to hotel and we were offered help immediately. If I will stay in this town again, will likely choose this one as first option.

Stayed in this hotel for two weeks during my official visit in Switzerland. Located just opposite to Schonegg Tram stop, this hotel is just 10 mins from Bern Bahnof (Railway Station). This is an old design hotel with all modern amenities. The staff at the reception are polite helpful. The room which I got was at the end of the corridor which was quite small in terms of width. The bed was also quite small. The room was giving a vibe of coziness though. The bathroom was neat and clean but was small The hotel has an in house restaurant located in the first floor. Overall the food in the menu were quite expensive. The room rent didn’t include complimentary breakfast so the breakfast was also quite expensive ( 7.5 CHF for express and 19.5 for Buffet) Positives 1. Courteous Staff 2. Free High speed Wi Fi 3. Complimentary Public Transport pass 4. Clean and Hygienic room 5. B’ful view from the window 6. Check In and Check out was smooth Negatives 1. Small room 2. Items in the mini bar were quite expensive 3. Small bed 4. Air Condition in the room was bit confusing in terms of controlled heating/cooling

喜歡酒店的位置。但是,我們預訂了空調,但是我們的3個房間中的任何一個房間都沒有空調,所以非常令人失望。晚上非常熱,不舒服。

房間小小的，挺溫馨～裝修比較新，很乾凈，地理位置絕佳，離火車站近，離國會進，你公交電車都很近，隔壁就是coop，買東西也很便利！接待男的普遍比女的態度好，比較滿意👍國會大廈晚上有燈光秀，值得前往

酒店位置非常好，火車站出來走路四五分鐘，臨時主街，去教堂逛老街都很方便。酒店設施很新，房間配有膠囊咖啡和各種茶。家庭房有三張牀，空間很大。旁邊有coop，買東西也方便。有陽台可以出去觀景。

尼斯外觀酒店,缺乏服務我對這家酒店的期望很高,因爲名字和價格,感覺它也沒有達到。房間很小,但非常好的房間特色和美學都很棒。景色很棒,牀很舒服,我喜歡枕頭菜單。客房服務也很棒。好的食物,送貨的時間也很棒。不太好:我們房間裏的“空氣系統”整個時間都沒有工作,他們甚至可以和酒店員工進行持續的戰鬥。在我們逗留期間,它從未得到解決。當我們把它拿給前台的女士時,她告訴我們應該打開窗戶。我每晚沒有支付350美元被告知“打開窗戶”,而我也不是那種睡在房間裏的蟲子睡覺的愛好者。我們確實設法爲房間弄了一個風扇,這確實有點幫助,但態度不受歡迎。此外,我們沒有在那裏時,客房清潔沒有插電,所有東西都要在我們的房間裏充電。其中一個物品是我的電動牙刷,它已經死了。甚至在把我們的房間鑰匙完全從牆上取出來的時候。我發現這是非常不能接受的。我們精力意識很強,但如果我留下東西充電,那是有原因的。也是在我們結帳那天,客房部早上8點走進我們的房間,看到我丈夫赤身露體地走出淋浴。位置還可以,不是超級方便,總體來說是美麗的酒店,但工作人員需要一些關於如何服務和溝通的主要培訓和客人一起

Posizione ottimale per chi arriva in treno e per spostarsi in città.Vicino all’albergo c’é il crocevia di tutti tram e pulman…camere molto grandi e pulite,il personale al ricevimento è gentilissimo e disponibile alle nostre richieste.che dire?qualità prezzo ottima!!,,,,Numeri 1!!

酒店服務太好了，接待的美女小姐姐帶我們到酒店詳細講解了房間設施，特別提醒我們minibar的所有飲品都可以喝，而且還準備了泡麵🍜…代客泊車服務不要太贊。地理位置也很棒，對麪就是火車站，購物和吃飯都很方便，逛景點步行都可以到。伯爾尼也太美了吧…

Best hotel and excellent staff loved their hospitality, Mini Bar service and Breakfast menu. Fresh Smoked Salmon and Croissant was always my Favorite. Also City pass, Welcome drinks and Internet service was just perfect. Me and my family had a real good time

貝爾維尤宮酒店的經歷真的令人印象深刻。入住時酒店總經理歡迎我們,所有工作人員都非常熱情友好。 酒店位置離伯爾尼班霍夫步行約10-15分鐘,位於伯爾尼市中心。房間寬敞,有小陽台,化妝室,衛生間。辦公桌也有自己的電源插座,與來自世界各地的各種插頭兼容。 結賬很順利,前台工作人員(我相信是寶拉)主動提出幫助我們把行李裝到車上,並給了我們一瓶水用於旅程。 這次體驗真的是5星,非常值得付出。
